The Kremlin is great

Easy to find in the middle of town with a tower (costs but not much... and mid your head on the way up) with a nice river beside it and nice grounds and old architecture.

Very nothern Russian

It worth to visit as it is in good shape and fully represent old northern Russian architecture. Cathedral in this Kremlin is also very beautiful and deserves to visit it.

Peaceful place

It's so nice and peaceful there. And do not miss climbing the bell tower, it is really worth doing. The view is outstanding!!!

Few museums in one place

First you see the Kremlin itself and then exhibitions of ikons, some old traditional etnografic things and last gingebread museum. In summer I do advise to visit Sophia and top of belfry.
