The road is a bit narrow, but it was the best road for touring. There was no shop like a shop, so it might be a good idea to buy something before going.

It is a plateau that extends from the southeast to the northeast of Mt. Kogen in the northern part of Tochigi Prefecture. As a local government, it spans Yaita City and Nasushiobara City, but it is easily accessible mainly from Yaita City. It is famous for its splendid population of 200,000 azaleas around May and June. There are hiking trails, campsites, access roads, parking lots, observatory, shops, etc., so you can enjoy it casually.
