🌺 Higashimokoto Shibazakura Park, Hokkaido, Japan 🇯🇵

One of the largest seas of pink moss in Japan.

🌺 Higashimokoto Shibazakura Park is one of the most beautiful flower gardens on Hokkaido Island and a dream destination for flower lovers from around the world. Every year during spring, an entire hillside is covered with over 100,000 square meters of Shibazakura, also known as Pink Moss, transforming the green space into a vibrant pink carpet as far as the eye can see.

The special feature of this park is the beautiful arrangement of the flowers on the undulating hills. When viewed from above, you see a gradient of dark pink, light pink, purple, and white, like a giant painting created by nature. Tourists can stroll along winding paths through the flower fields, breathing in the cool, pure Hokkaido air all day long.

During the Shibazakura blooming season, the park is filled with tourists, photographers, and nature lovers who come to admire the beauty that can only be seen for a few weeks each year. From the top of the hill, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the pink flower field stretching as far as the eye can see, a sight that impresses every visitor.
