Novotel London Brentford

Love this hotel stay here every time we visit london. Rooms are a good size for a family of 4. I visit withHubby and both my 7year old and 4 year old. Excellent leisure facilities! Has a lovely swimming pool which always has a decent temperature alongside a sauna and a gym. Excellent changing rooms but found to be very cold when entering. This hotels has excellent staff working here and this visit was by far the best. I had a lovely warm Top class female named Priti check us out. Priti had very good humour and made us smile she was very helpful and mentioned we still had complimentary welcome drinks left on our room stay which we had before we left. Very professional and excellent communication skills from staff here. Attentive and very helpful never appear to be stressed. Go far and beyond. Keep up the good work. Can’t wait to stay on my next visit which will be in October term.
London Kew Bridge

2 night budget friendly end of school holidays trip to London ( 2 adults and 1 teen). Probably the best Premier Inn we've stayed in. Logistically hotel is in Brentford and not Kew. Easy to reach on public transport from central London. Get off at Gunnersbury tube, and take bus 237 to Goat Wharf, right outside hotel. Staff member at Reception was very welcoming, straight up to room. Delighted to find it had effective and quiet A/C. Our third floor room faced the High Street, but it was so quiet you would never know. Clean and comfy, but obviously no frills. Ate in hotel the first night and had the meal deal option. All freshly cooked and delicious. Viktoria and the large male member of staff served us ( sorry didn't get his name but he has adult triplets!). They were extremely friendly, chatty and welcoming. Slept like logs on both nights. Breakfast was again fresh and plentiful with friendly staff. Couple of minutes walk from the Thames, could see Kew's greenhouses on the other side, a couple of restaurants and a pub are nearby. An arcade of shops including a supermarket across the road ( didn't visit). It's a shame all budget hotels can't be this good.

The hotel remodeled by the church has many rooms and a considerable area.
Premier Inn London Brentford

Because of the positive reviews, I chose to stay at this place. The location is a 20-minute walk from the subway station, which is not too bad. The hotel is also not far from the airport and the subway line is rather convenient. However, I had to wait for 20 minutes when checking in, and parking required an additional fee. The price was not particularly cheap either. There weren't many amenities nearby. This place might be suitable for business trips, but overall, it's just an average chain hotel.
Hilton London Syon Park

Mixed Experience at Hilton Syon Park: Room Delays, Unexpected Pool & other charges Rating: ★★★☆☆ I recently stayed at the Hilton Syon Park for four nights and had a mixed experience overall. While the hotel had some positive aspects, there were also a couple of disappointing aspects that affected my overall satisfaction. Let's start with the positives. The majority of the staff members I encountered during my stay were friendly and helpful (80% are foreigners). They were always ready to assist with any questions or requests, which made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. Additionally, the hotel's breakfast, while very basic is just acceptable. The room was quite spacious and beddings satisfactory. Unfortunately, there were a few issues that detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay. Firstly, upon checking in at 5pm, I was disappointed to find that my room was not ready until 6:30pm. Although the gentleman at the front desk was kind and apologetic about the delay, it was an inconvenience after a long journey and negatively impacted my initial impression of the hotel. Another unexpected disappointment was the pool usage policy. I was surprised to discover that there was a charge of £25 per person for a 90-minute session to access the hotel pool, something that isn’t mentioned anywhere on trip.com. Considering the Hilton brand and the premium I paid, I did not anticipate such an additional cost for utilizing the pool facilities. This seemed disproportionate and out of line with the expectations I had for a hotel of this caliber. I heard other people complaining about it, even others complaining that they had paid for it and it was smelly. Additionally, it's worth noting that while complimentary water was provided in the room on the first night, I was surprised to find that there was a charge for the water on the following nights. This was unexpected, as I would have assumed that water would continue to be complimentary throughout my stay. It would have been helpful for this information to be communicated clearly, again not a nice feeling from a Hilton. On the whole, while the Hilton Syon Park had several positive aspects, such as friendly staff and an acceptable breakfast, there were a few disappointments that affected my overall impression. The delay in room availability during check-in, the unexpected charges for pool usage, and the shift from complimentary to paid water in the room were not in line with the level of service and value I expected from a Hilton.
Holiday Inn London - Brentford Lock
4.3/5126 Reviews
This hotel is good for the facility, which is good, especially the restaurant which is in the lobby, is very, delicious. But one thing is the location is not convenient that if you need to train station that you need to walk 10-15mins, and if you go to the London city centre approximately 45mins, so the tourism needs to focus on this point.
