This was my second time staying at the Lincoln Inn on my return trip, and the experience was just as good. The supermarket across the street is incredibly convenient. It was a lifesaver during my stay. The room was comfortable, and the temperature was just right that day, so I didn't even need to use the air conditioning.

Beautiful apartment located close to City West Tram Stop and Adelaide Station. West End area is within walking distance from Adelaide Convention Centre and the river Torrens. These apartments are equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Even a washing machine! It can be a little noisy if your apartment is facing the main street, but overall, it's a wonderful stay!

I always stay at this hotel whenever I visit Adelaide, primarily because it's close to my child's university. I've stayed in both the one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. The washing machine in the room is incredibly practical, and having a fridge and stovetop allows me to prepare simple meals occasionally. It's also very close to the pedestrian street, making shopping super convenient. The only downside is that housekeeping only cleans once a week or every five days. If you're staying for an extended period, you'll pretty much be on your own for keeping the room tidy.

From the moment we walked in we welcomed and made feel important. The Reception area was warm and friendly and process was easy. The hotel room was perfect size and location great. Bed was comfortable. We loved the cosiness and cleanliness of the hotel. Will be recommending to others that may need the same. Thanks !
Check in was quick but upon arrival in our room both soap dispensers were empty. This was quickly rectified but one continued to leak during our stay. The fridge was noisy and we had to turn it off to sleep. The quieter room only enabled us to hear the other noisy guests until the early hours of the morning. Some reminders that this is a shared space and queit after 10 or 11 pm would have been nice. The shower head was faulty and sprayed water around the room. We couldn't adjust it at all and the arm kept falling g down. My partner decided not to take a morning shower it was so bad. We were given an apology but I am sure the room hadn't been checked for a while.
This hotel is located in the largest town on Kangaroo Island, run by a gentleman who appears to be over 70. He was incredibly warm and humorous. We were likely the last guests to arrive that day, but even late at night, he welcomed us with great enthusiasm.
The room was very spacious and equipped with everything we needed. They even thoughtfully provided many complimentary snacks, which made us feel very cozy. We wished we could have stayed longer than our two nights. Many thanks to the owner for his care and thoughtful hospitality. I will definitely recommend this place to others! 👍

Stayed here over Christmas.
Room had a kitchen - dishwasher, oven + microwave + washer dryer + balcony over looking convention centre.
Lovely stay, comfy bed, quiet'ish - the toilet sounds like a water pump everytime it fills up. Bathroom/shower is a little dated but functional.
Parking is 30$ per day (reasonably priced - unlimited entry during the stay)
Overall a great stay!! Will definitely comeback!!!

Perfect location in the centre of the city, near the main shopping street and within a couple of minutes' walk to the airport bus. Also walkable to all the main tourist sights. Room was an excellent size and very clean. The bathroom could do with a bit of modernising, but again very clean.
The apartment is exceptionally well cared for.
Very comfortable bed and linen
Well appointed kitchenette with washing machine and tumble dryer
Generous tea and coffee. Small UHT milk
Functional air conditioning
Under cover parking with TESLA charger for EVs
Unfortunately WiFi only in office so I couldn’t do my essential computer work

At the end of our stay, 10 AUD were charged from our deposit for the bottles of water in the fridge, which we thought were complimentary. Apparently, the fact that they are chargeable is only indicated by a small badge inside the fridge, which is easy to miss if you're staying for just one night. Two bottles of water and nothing else is what they call a 'mini-bar' here. We believe a hotel of this caliber should more clearly communicate the cost of items in the fridge to guests, for example, with a special sheet or a magnet on the fridge. We consider this charge a hidden transaction.

GGuest UserSmelly rooms. Towels looked grey. The air-conditioning exhaust fan is connected directly to the hallway and makes it unbearably hot once walking out of our unit. This terrible design also renders the air-conditioning inside the room ineffective when the hot air being pumped out eventually seeps though the gap between the door and the walls/floor mixing with the cooler air in the apartment. I have to commend the engineer who thought of this ingenious way to waste energy and torture hotel guests while the aforementioned guests were trying their best to do their part in saving sea turtles by sipping tepid drinks in their psuedo sauna rooms with paper straws which slowly melt into pulps, at the same time pondering what life choices they have made to deserve this. As a group of atheists, we couldn't help but reflect and repent. Hell does exist. It might be akin to staying in an apartment eqiuped with an infinite heating loop during the scorching summer of Adelaide.
The A/C eventually failed completely in two out of three rooms during our second night of stay. We did not ask for help from the hotel staff as it's already 2am. After one long sleepless night, we rushed back to the Northern Hemisphere and accepted Jesus Christ as our only lord and saviour. Amen.

GGuest Userat the center of North Terrace, the location of the hotel is very convenient. It takes 15m from airport by vehicle and only 5m to tram and trail station on foot. equipments in the room are fully prepared and easy to use. the only cons is thin wall of washroom, which causes a little noise when someone is using the toilet.
GGuest UserGood central city location and very clean, well equipped room with small cooktop and full range of appliances and cutlery /crockery. We only had a ”studio” room which was cheaper than others but still quite roomy with a table, bench and multiple chairs plus a large bed. The bathroom was also a decent size and had plenty of extras. Our room only had a view of a concrete wall opposite and while slightly disappointing the outlook wasn't the reason we stayed there.
I spoke with half a dozen front desk staff across three days every one of whom was friendly, efficient and helpful. Well done hiring manager. Good free washing/drying machines in shared area on ground floor were a nice touch (I believe some of the more expensive rooms have their own). A fairly minor negative was the parking at a public car park across the road about half a block away ($30/day). While you can unload your luggage and passengers at the curb outside the Quesr, it's then a bit of a walk back for the driver if that's a concern for you. Overall a good place to stay and access city sights.

GGuest UserGreat location, conveniently close to the bus stop, Chinatown, and the Central Market. The accommodation is spacious and well-equipped, and with a 24/7 reception, it offers excellent value for money.

GGuest UserThe room was quite spacious. There's no reception desk, so you have to call when you arrive. I tried to shorten my stay by one night due to a change in plans, contacting them 3-4 days in advance, but the host didn't agree. That was a bit disappointing, especially since the room rate wasn't cheap.
AAnonymous UserI passed by here for two days. The environment is clean and quiet. The lighting is good. It is convenient for travel. I highly recommend it! The service staff at the reception desk arranged it very well for us and agreed to late check-out. Thank you very much
