We added a staff member on wechat so we were able to communicate and translate. She was extremely helpful, but still far from ideal. My biggest issue here was the swimming pool. The website clearly advertised an outdoor swimming pool. They do have an outdoor swimming HOWEVER you have to pay to use the pool everyday. 25rmb, not back breaking but no where online does it say this. The pool only opens at 3pm, so no early swim and there are no sun loungers and only one set of chairs and tables, so this isn’t a swimming pool to lay beside. No where is any of this mentioned. The pool was by far the most disappointing.
