A few members of staff are able to speak fluent English. Vending machine available on the ground floor. 15 mins walk to Blagnac commercial centre where you can find supermarket and restaurants. A bit off from transport links towards city centre but it’s only 20 mins walk from the airport. Room is clean in general while you can spot limescale around the tap. Basic kitchen utensils are available but no condiments.

A good place for an overnight / weekend stay. A little out of the main centre but easily accessible by bus. Lots of lovely parks and streets to walk nearby. Room was comfortable but always a little disconcerting to see mould around the base of a shower, and the towels need replacing. Overall, not a bad place to stay.
The hotel was quiet and the staff was very friendly. However, it was located a little far from downtown Lourdes, so it was inconvenient to return after an evening pilgrimage, and the breakfast was average.

Excellent place, near the canal du midi, less than 15 min walk to the city centre, 25 to La Daurade, 20 to Place St-Pierre. Really clean, everything in the kitchenette to cook.
The location of this hotel is very good, the food is delicious and distinctive, I recommend it here, the hotel can also cook, daily meals can save a lot of money, the environment is very quiet, there is a puppy in the restaurant is very cute

The hotel was exactly as the photos showed. I was surprised to be asked for 150 euros deposit, This needs to be more transparent before booking. It’s difficult to find where this wording appears.
Also my room on the 5 floor was almost impossible to sleep in due to very strong cooking smells permeating my room, from where I’m not sure. A shame because the hotel is very convenient for the main railway station in Toulouse.
Location wise is great 👍 just 4min walk from airport shuttle bus stop(right across Paradis Hotel) payable only by card €3 15min rides.
Room cleanliness: we walk barefoot around the room and our feet turned black with dirt within seconds. Seems the floor isn’t cleaned for so long but the rest of toilets, beddings and kitchen utensils is clean and complete. Bed is comfy. Sadly, we had to cut short our stay 1night only and rush back home.
Thanks goodness this place have lifts for disability/elderly person. 🤩
The location is a bit small, but the whole resort park is very large, the greening and environment are very good, the reception desk is off work at 7 pm, but fortunately they are very intimate to put the checkin guide in the envelope and leave it to us.
The room is small and complete. It is suitable for a family to drive to vacation. It is very convenient to go to the sea and the lake. It is recommended to go in summer, because other seasons are still cold and can't play in the water.
No breakfast, please bring your own food.
The location of the hotel is very good, the hall is also very atmospheric, and the rooms are also very good. The facilities are complete, the decoration is warm and unique, and the service is also in place

Very Good
I arrived in the evening after a long train journey. The receptionist whose English was brilliant immediately put me at my ease, giving me all sorts of useful information - including where to get a meal and how to get out from the garden side. My room was across the garden and largely unlit so it was a bit of an adventure getting there the first time. The decor and facilities in the room itself were a little 1960ish., though it did have an iron and ironing board so I was able to neaten myself up before going out. I did feel a little nervous using the shower as the bath was plastic and I’m a large old guy. I found getting in and out slightly tricky. Breakfasts were good though.Montpellier itself was strange - lots of grandiose architecture but not much shade. The old town was slightly disappointing somehow (but then I was only there for a couple of days). Leaving was complicated by another national day of (in)action. When I heard that the tram I needed to get to Montpellier Sud de France station had been held up by the demonstrators in town, reception came to the rescue and ordered me a taxi so I was able to get the train back. So to sum up a quirky hotel with terrific staff.
I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel , very beautiful and neat 👌 and the staff very helpful. I will visit again definitely 💯 And i hope to fine Apart city at every part of Europe 👌 Easy access to almost everywhere , beach , shops and all 🫡 words can’t express how happy i am with the service. Kitchen is fully equipped .
The location is either Awesome, or Ok. It depends what you plan to do in Perpignan. For us, passing by and arriving in the town by train at a late time in the day, the location of the hotel was perfect! Less than 2 min. away from the exit of the train station. But when it comes to access to restaurants, shops and the centre of the city, there are other choices. However, the room itself is very spacious and clean, we didn't hear much noise, and a lot of services are provided in the hotel. The staff is welcoming and helpful. But... We were advised to go to the restaurant ”Jean” (Guinguette du Jean) not too far from the hotel; the food was not very good AND overpriced, and the wait VEEERRRYYY looonnng!!! The restaurant is interesting for its atmosphere, but I suggest you to only go there for a drink, and enjoy the decoration; for the food, go on the other side of the train station and you'll have many more (better) choices.
This hotel is very close (2 min walks) to the Central Station in Montpellier. The room was relatively compact but very modern with all the essential requirements of this 3 star hotel. However, I was very impressed with staff and the receptionist at this hotel. I must mention Lucas, for his outstanding customer service. In additional to his exceptional English, he displayed genuine warmth and keen interest in all travellers. Due to Lucas personality, it was the best ever welcome to Montpellier. This is also large patio-terrance (on level 3) with a range of chairs and tables. This hotel was exceptional value for money and and location near main attractions of city is ideal. (10-15 walk)
