Excellent service was provided by the hotel reception and service staff. They responded to our requests promptly and efficiently. WeChat was an excellent means of communication.  Room was cleaned thoroughly each day with all the supplies provided. It was great that there was a washing machine, kitchenette and huge fridge that made our 2 weeks stay like home.  Location was perfect as there were a supermarket, shopping mall and subway train right below the building. There were also a wide range of food available along the side streets in all directions of the building.  Overall, it was an excellent experience staying in this hotel. The service staff made all the difference.

I have stayed here for several days. The service staff are very enthusiastic. The surrounding facilities are relatively complete. It is less than three minutes away from the aquarium. The elevators are very fast. On snowy days, the property management staff will lay out carpets to prevent slipping. Compared with ordinary apartments, The difference is that their corridors are very clean. The hotel is very quiet on the upper floors. They also upgraded the room for free. The cleanliness is very good. This is the best room I have ever stayed in at the same price. I will continue to stay here next time I come to Zhengzhou.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right in the city center and close to the subway, making getting around incredibly convenient. The room was smart and comfortable, and the Xiao Ai assistant (smart speaker) really enhanced our stay. The free laundry room and gym were a huge plus, breakfast was delicious, everything was spotlessly clean, and the service was thoughtful. It completely exceeded our expectations!

First choice for business trips, located in a bustling commercial area, very convenient for shopping and eating, good hygiene, I like it very much, I have stayed here three or four times, very good, I will come back to visit next time I have the opportunity to go on a business trip

Great location! Great place! Just book it. It is spotless!You won’t regret it. All amenities are available. I took advantage of washer. They provide detergent which was awesome! They provide great service! I needed help with ******* and they helped. They also do the late check out if you need it. It is also conveniently located to subway and the railway station. Everything you need within walking distance.

Advantages: The hotel is close to Zhengzhou East High-speed Railway Station, which is convenient for catching the train. There is a drop-off service, and the driver is very nice. The room facilities are worthy of the 200-plus yuan room rate during the Spring Festival. It is an ordinary budget hotel with facilities. The room is relatively new and clean, and the decoration is of ordinary standard. But the hotel is located in a remote area and there are no supporting facilities around it. What I want to complain about is that the Yulanting Hotel booked through Ctrip shows that it is on the 20th floor of Kailin Plaza 3, and the floor number of the building is also shown as the 20th floor. When I got to the 20th floor, I saw that the hotel front desk was a birch forest and there was no waiter there. I knocked on the room number shown on the reservation, and found that there was already a guest staying there. They said it was the Atour Hotel. I called the hotel front desk and they said it was on the 12th floor. When I went to the 12th floor, I saw that the front desk was the Four Seasons Hotel. The waiter said that Yulanting and the Four Seasons Hotel are together. This operation is very confusing. I don’t know if it is because of Ctrip’s chaotic management or because hotels are selling customers to each other that the hotel market in Zhengzhou is so chaotic. There is no wardrobe in the room, the range hood and sink are installed but I don't know what they are used for, and there is no towel rail in the bathroom. The parent-child room written when booking has a king-size bed of 1.8 meters and a queen-size bed of 1.5 meters, but the actual queen-size bed is only about 1.2-1.3 meters.

It's just an average apartment, the only good thing is that it's newly opened... Breakfast is shared by several apartments in the building, like a war... Dining options are convenient nearby, and there's a large residential area across the street... As for transportation, online taxis go directly to the building, and the front desk can arrange a ride to Zhengzhou East... But the price/performance ratio for 228 is really average...

Apartment hotel, wide view, large room, clean and hygienic, not complete, projection TV, stove, washing machine. The boss is also very enthusiastic. Not far from Longmen Grottoes, and convenient parking downstairs. The only downside is that it is a bit away from the food street, in short, it is quite satisfactory.

Very close to the scenic area, the room is huge with a large projector, a massage chair, a washing machine, and a refrigerator. The room is very smart and offers incredible value for money. I never expected to get such a big room and a great hotel for just over a hundred (yuan).
