"The rooms and the apartment were great. You couldn't have had a better location. Going to Trip.com was terrible. We were not given an access code even though it said the hotel has a reception. We had to walk to a coffee shop that had wifi to even open the booking and then call customer service which cost me €30 because I'm from the EU. Trip.com didn't give us any info."

田The price is relatively low. Breakfast is super simple buffet. A baby cot can be added, and other beds cannot be added. The room and living room are very small. Although there is a sofa bed in the living room, there is almost no space for the living room after opening. There is a parking lot but there is an additional charge. The location of the hotel is also far from the river, about 20-30 minutes. Based on the above situation, I feel that the hotel's price/performance ratio is not high! I don't understand why there are so many praises...
