Very nice place, sanitary service in place, large room, independent bathroom, independent kitchen for cooking, air conditioning is heated during the day, but not at night, the only regret is that the supermarket downstairs is very large, and the main attractions can be reached on foot!

Relative to this price, the house is great! 1. The hotel is in the student apartment, the security is very good, the atmosphere is better! 2, the sparrow is small, all internal organs! There are even kitchen utensils and refrigerators in the small room. 3, simple and clean, live comfortably. 4. Good location, walk to the palace in the morning, pass by the house is good-looking, the street view is good-looking, there are parks, Plaza de España, etc., breakfast shops are also available. Maybe the first time I stayed at a European hotel, I didn't expect much, it was really great!

What a fantastic place! Really enjoyed our stay here, the apartment was very spacious and was perfect for me and my family. The place was clean and organized and all you needed was left in room i.e. cutlery, iron, pots and pans etc. We had an amazing sea view from our balcony too. Staff were very helpful and friendly, breakfast was fantastic with lots of options. Overall very happy and will definitely return!

Fantastic holiday, 3rd time here. The staff are so welcoming and attentive to all guests. The whole complex is kept very clean. The on site restaurant is very good as well. You are within a 7 euro taxi ride to La Cala or Fuengirolla if you want to go shopping. There is great entertainment on poolside every day with bingo etc and at the onsite restaurant 4 nights a week they have live singers who are very good.

The hotel knows what the travellers need, to name a few, ideal location to look around the city, essential services without redundancy, 24hour counter reception, etc. My first night could have been a nightmare due to electrical glitch, the night shift staff settled the matter by switching the room immediately. This is our absolute favourite accommodation of our recent trip to Spain. The welcome from Receptiomist Mar was lovely - it is so nice to be greeted and not have to do everything digitally! Our Studio was huge, with a neat little kitchenette that had everything to enable us to make good use of the fresh ingredients we bought at the Mercado. The patio doors opened fully and we were ale to sit and watch the world go by (and see cruise ships dock and depart) from out 3rd level vantage point, overlooking the Plaza España. At Plazuela del Carbon, you are within a 15 minute walk to all the sights, and right there in the historic part of Cafiz. We were able to walk to the bus/train/ferry station in under 10 minutes. The coffee bar in the lobby is a wonderful idea, providing us with hot and cold refreshments 24 hours a day. We give it 11 out of 10 ... we really enjoyed our stay.

First time we have stayed here and in Spain and I can't recommend it highly enough,I'd sent a request for a ground floor due to my husband's mobility problems and our room far exceeded our expectations ,it was the best Apt we've ever stayed in well equipped and spotlessly clean as is the whole complex,the ladies in reception were so welcoming helpful and just so customer service focused a week wasn't enough in this fabulous resort .

Ease of check in left our bags at 11.00 as we couldn't get until 4.00 the concierge peaks very good English said he would phone when room was ready. Had a few ours sight seeing and shopping. The room was Fabulous we paid extra to have the roof terrace well worth it, we sat outside watching the world go by while having a few drinks. In the room was a list of restaurants listed by what they offered and price. While we were there we tried three of the restaurants amazing and a local bar. Plenty of hot water nice fluffy towels they do not change towels or sheets unless you ask and there is a charge, not sure if its different if you stay a week The one thing that stops it having 5* is you have to take your rubbish outside to the nearest public bin and hope its not full as we found on our last morning and my husband had to go to the next street to find a bin not good at 8.00am.

We stayed in a standard studio for 5 nights. The apartment was fabulous. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. A lovely touch was having oranges and pastries supplied for breakfast for the first morning. The styling is contemporary with some original features such as exposed brickwork. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. The pool area on the food is lovely for relaxing and has great views. I would 100% recommended the apartment anyone visiting Seville. It’s location is great for visiting the main attractions Seville has to offer and surrounded by many restaurants and bars. Can’t wait to return! Thanks for a great stay.

Tomamos el hotel porque estabamos de escala y la verdad fue mejor de lo esperado, bastante espacioso y muy bien equipado. Puedes llegar del aeropuerto en taxi a 8euros aprox y en 15 minutos. La recepcionista fue super amable a pesar de estar cansada ya que por un retraso de avión llegamos casi a media noche. Hay maquinas para comprar bebidas en la recepción por si lo demas esta cerrado. Aprovechamos en ir al bar-karaoke de enfrente y lo recomiendo si se alojan en estos apartamentos.

Excelente localização, perto de restaurantes e bares mas simultaneamente numa zona calma. É fácil aceder a todas as atrações caminhando. O apartamento é simples mas decorado com bom gosto. Existem de facto 2 quartos, mas um sobrepõe-se ao outro, sem isolamento, não oferecendo grande privacidade. O quarto no nível superior tem acesso por um lance de escadas, estando o WC no andar de baixo. Apesar da comunicação via msg, ser fácil e rápida, o preenchimento da documentação para o check in e para a atribuição do código de acesso, é morosa e complicada.

Fantastic location in the heart of Seville. We stayed for three nights in a two bedroom interior suite which was recently renovated and well appointed and was very comfortable for three of us. My only complaint was the interior suite has no real views of the surrounding area, just the inner courtyard and it is quite dark. But if you are only there to sleep and rest, it’s a great deal. I’d definitely stay there again.
