Service on arrival was friendly and informative. Parking was £10 per day and is under cover next to the accommodation.  We requested a room away from the lift and this was given to us but it was very quiet and we didn’t hear any noise.  The room and room size was enough for what we needed although given it was a room for 2, and we had cooking facilities, there was only one chair at the table so we to eat on our lap.  The only other thing for me, was that although we were only there for 3 nights, there was no room service so our bins did not get emptied, by day 4 they were overflowing and smelt.  They gave one dishwasher tablet only, a washing up sponge, tea towel and washing up liquid but nothing to wipe down the surfaces.  The bathroom facilities were ok, shower hot and powerful.  Again, the sink in the bathroom was high for me, not sure how a child would reach the sink. There was a complementary drinks and croissant station but personally the coffee was not to my taste. Overall we had a lovely stay and I would highly recommend staying there, it is very central to everything.

The stay was generally fine, but we did encounter a few issues: 1. We were not informed in advance that a new PIN would be sent by email shortly before check-in. We assumed the PIN on our original confirmation was the one to use and spent quite some time trying to figure this out. No one picked up the customer service phone line. 2. We were unfamiliar with the key vault system and again spent time working out how to open it. A simple instruction sheet on the wall would have helped. 3. The shower design does not prevent water from spilling onto the bathroom floor. 4. Using {sitting on} the toilet during a cold night was uncomfortable because it is not heated.

Very nice place and staffs are very helpful. Everything alright and surrounding environment is good. But I couldn't find the oven (only microwave) in the room. It will be much better if a washing machine is also equipped. The dear park must be visited. I recommend this hotel.

Great stay, very quiet location and convenient to all amenities. Clean and well maintained. Easy to check in and secure parking. Would highly recommend.

Apartment hotel, the second stay, the room type is different from the last time, is a slanted roof room on the top floor, no kitchen and guest restaurant, is a large bedroom. The view and lighting of the Willux oblique roof window are good and a good experience. It is the location of the bathroom cabinet. Because the oblique roof is against the height of the wall, you will encounter your head when brushing your teeth and washing your face.
