Cleanliness: Overall, the room was clean, although there was a little dust on the bed. The toilet was clean, and the dining area was fairly clean.
Location: Very strategic location. Close to the MTR, city buses, and airport bus. There are many restaurants and shops around the hostel.
Service: The service was good. Although the customer service staff could not speak English, they tried their best to clearly explain the room details and the location.
Amenities: Sufficient. The customer service staff usually asks about guests’ needs for amenities such as towels, toothbrushes, etc.

The location is fantastic, right near the Broadway Cinema in Yau Ma Tei. It's not far from Tsim Sha Tsui and West Kowloon, and super convenient for getting to Langham Place, Decathlon, and IKEA. There are tons of shops, a fruit wholesale market, great food places (especially recommend the roast goose spot!), and parks nearby. The quad room offers excellent value for money, with full facilities. It's a popular choice for both travelers and those on short business trips.

I stayed in an 8-bed dorm, and it was incredible value for money, perfect for solo travelers. At just over a hundred (currency not specified, assuming local currency) a night, it was unbelievably cheap.
Every guest was surprisingly quiet at night, so I was never really disturbed.
The facilities, both in the room and common areas, were decent. There were two bathrooms in the room, but no hairdryer – you had to go downstairs to use one.
However, the pillows were extremely high, making for a very uncomfortable sleep.
Regarding the service, it wasn't bad, but it certainly wasn't the overly enthusiastic, helpful, free-breakfast-offering experience some reviews described. They were just typical, tired workers who didn't say an extra word.

The hostel has a welcoming atmosphere with staff who make you feel at home. Dorms and private rooms are clean, with comfortable beds and secure lockers. The common areas are lively, perfect for meeting other travelers and sharing experiences. Free Wi-Fi works well, and the location is excellent—close to public transport, shops, and main attractions. Overall, it’s great value for money and ideal for budget travelers looking for both comfort and community
The room isn't huge but it's perfectly adequate, with stunning ocean views from three sides – definitely my top choice for a Hong Kong Peak getaway. It even comes with pots and pans, and the service is very attentive. It's a shame that summer is also Hong Kong's rainy season; if it rains, you're pretty much stuck enjoying the solitude.

I’ve never been to a hostel in HK before. Didn’t realise that there were a few dotted around. I was only dipping in and out of the city and it was for a night. Really chill vibe, don’t worry if you forget the random toiletries as they have a collection from other travellers and some provided by the hostel like shampoo and body wash. Also some small snacks and fruit, coffee and tea. Nice vibe, slept well but the mixed room could do with some ventilation when the door is closed, it doesn’t smell too pleasant. Staff were friendly and as hostels go, it’s great for people who want to meet others to travel along with or get tips.

In bustling Mong Kok, where space is a luxury, for a price of around 100, you can't realistically expect high-end amenities or a luxurious environment. If you're looking for that, you'd obviously be booking a much pricier hotel. I shared a room for a night with a gentleman from India. I was a bit apprehensive at first, but he turned out to be very friendly. Check-in and check-out were very flexible; you just need to call the host for the access code, and you're free to leave whenever you're ready. Housekeeping typically arrives around 3 PM. The renowned Badminton Building is right across the street, and there's an abundance of street food stalls nearby – most of which serve up pretty good eats. This spot is perfect for solo travelers on a tight budget who want an authentic, in-depth Hong Kong experience. However, it's definitely not for those (especially women) looking for a refined, 'Instagram-perfect' stay.
Great location. As a youth hostel, the place is quite well managed, although the overall utilities are quite old. The room is small and minimalist, good enough for taking rest.
The room is hygienic, it is relatively small, the youth travel is like this, the boss is very good! The bathroom is separate, the bathroom is very hygienic! ! ! ! It's relatively clean!

Good taking care , the room cleans the manager is nice the room is with windows nearby all points of interest we definitely come back
The building's location is easy to find, the receptionist is friendly, and it's very close to the MRT and Bus Stop (A21 and N21) for access to the airport.
The staff is very sweet and welcoming. The location is also very close to the station. The capsule is just perfect it has dim lights, charging ports, do not disturb signs and it’s super clean. The bathrooms have hair dryers, give you health kit. It’s just perfect. However, to store the luggage you need to what’s app them and pay 55 HKD via the link they sent.
The overall environment felt safe and well maintained. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made the experience even better. The rooms were cleaned daily, which I really appreciated. While having a few more bathrooms would be nice, it’s understandable given that it’s shared accommodation. Overall, it’s a great place to stay and an excellent option if you want to save some extra money without compromising on comfort.
Simple and clean place to stay. Fantastic location in Kowloon, near everything on that side. Fantastic wifi. Comfortable beds with curtain. There is hot/cool drinking water. No common area. Guests are mostly mainland Chinese. Be aware of the check-in process before booking!! If you don't already have an active and unblocked WeChat account, I suggest you do not book here. - Host does not respond to Trip.com messaging. Only via WeChat (but not a WeChat account linked to the phone number in the booking confirmation) - To find the WeChat code for check-in, locate ”Tsimshatsui Mansion” on Google maps. When you arrive, find elevator #1 or #2 (see attached map), and go to the 8th floor. Other elevators won't access the room - only use those two elevators! - Once you reach the door, scan the WeChat code, send them a screenshot of your booking confirmation, and within a few minutes they'll send you the codes. (I've attached a picture of the WeChat code.) - Be advised that WeChat is incredibly difficult for many foreigners to set up. It's not a simple app like WhatsApp or Line. You often need to find a person with a mainland WeChat account (not a HK account) to authenticate you, though even that fails sometimes. Don't wait until you're at the door to try to make an account. - Without Wechat, I'm not sure if you can check-in. There was one non-Chinese guest who stood outside for a while trying to set up WeChat, until a kind neighbor happened to pass by and scanned the WeChat code for her. - Host could simply send the check-in codes via Trip.com messaging. It would make their life a lot easier and things incredibly better for non-Chinese guests. I recommend they change to doing this.
The location is very convenient for finding food, and the metro station is very close. The room is clean. Communication with the staff is excellent, with very fast responses. I am satisfied with this short trip, and if I come back again, I will book this place again.
The room was clean and comfortable with windows like what we requested upon booking. Amenities are ok the housekeeper always change towels. The place is near the Mtr and accessible to every area you wanna go . The host is just ok no English so better DL google translate. Over all ok na to kung hindi ka maarte .. and on a budgetary trip . As in tutulugan mo lang ok ang bed comfortably ok
