"Kula Birmingham is a well-located serviced apartment in the heart of Birmingham, just a short 500m walk from New Street Station (Grand Central). It sits right beside The Mailbox, with plenty of cafés and restaurants steps away. The apartment itself is clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the building manager was exceptionally polite and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a convenient and centrally located place to stay in the city."

SsnoozyharuGood option for family and friends on a short stay, perfect for visiting the arena. Parking garage is small and can fill up, but should be parking on the street outside. Not the cleanest, shows signs of wear and tear, good location.
GGuest UserLocation is excellent for shopping and train travel. Bullring shops and restaurants are literally at your footstep and some 10 mins to China town. 6 mins to Moor Street train station which helps us easy to go on Stratford upon Avon on a half day trip.
Very clean room though not many amenities in the hotel. Price is competitive. Will come back if I go to Brim city centre again.
GGuest UserWe stayed here for 2 nights the apartment is lovely, only a 10 minute walk from Birmingham new street. However be prepared for hills, clean towels and bed sheets, basic tv with a dvd player, honestly i loved this place and i definitely will be back again, easy check in and easy check out, tea, coffee and milk all ready, dishwasher and washer with all usual kitchen amenities 10/10

Great
GGuest UserThe apartment was central, clean and presentable. The bed seemed smaller than a double. The bathroom and kitchen facilities were good.
The TV was not programmed and we were unable to connect the tv to the internet so it remained unused.
We had two main issues during our night stay.
One - Continuous Horrendous noise from 11:45pm till early hours of the morning 1:30am ish then for it to start again at 4am. The noise was bottles being put in bins and bins being moved. It sounded like the bottles were being dropped from a height into the bin then the bins being emptied. We had such a poor nights sleep. In the morning we could see that the bins were right up against our windows to the apartment.
Two - We eventually dropped off to sleep to be woken up by our apartment door being opened and someone saying Hello..my husband shouted and the person apologised and shut the door. It was very scary and our privacy was disturbed and our sleep, and due to the fact we couldn’t sleep in the night, it was very unpleasant. I did not feel safe.
I emailed the company for an explanation but had nil response.
GGuest UserWas a nice place in abit of a rough area but was still fine. The room was really hot which you couldn’t change and being on the bottom floor we didn’t want to keep the window open. Would have possibly stayed again but the £100 deposit you have to send before your stay they don’t send back even though they said they would. I made sure the room was mostly clean and that it would just be the standard cleaning that the cleaners had to do between each guest so I could get my deposit back but after many messages and calls they won’t send it back they just keep saying they don’t have my details even after sending it multiple times. Seemed abit weird that we have to send a deposit but as no other reviews had this issue I trusted it but if you need that money back DO NOT SEND IT.
EE K MarkLuxury apartment in a nice and quiet area but close to the city centre and shops. The only advice is to try and get some wooden utensils, salt, oil and spices for those who want to cook something small
GGuest UserLovely stay in Birmingham. The location is very central for the station/shopping/bars & restaurants.
Spacious room with excellent facilities- kitchen utensils, microwave, hob, dishwasher & fridge. Fluffy thick towels & lovely powerful shower with plenty of hot water.
Rooms were quiet- not able to hear any outside traffic noise or other guests in the hotel.
Excellent selection of fresh food at breakfast. Nice lounge area to sit and enjoy complimentary tea/coffee, available all day.
Perfect stay. Thank you 😊
