The entire apartment is equipped with brand new facilities, very neat and clean. The water pressure in the bathroom is excellent, and the space is ample, giving a good sense of openness. Self check-in was simple, convenient, and fast.
There are cooking utensils and an extractor fan for cooking. The air conditioning is sufficient, and the toilet and shower are separated. Thumbs up.
Downstairs, there are many restaurants and shops, making shopping and dining very convenient.
The only downside is that towels are not provided and need to be rented for a fee.
The rooms were very clean and I got the impression that they were well cleaned. The amenities necessary for daily life are always available, so it is comfortable even for a relatively long stay. It is smooth from check-in to entry, and there is a sense of security in terms of security. The location is also 4 or 5 minutes walk from the nearest bus stop and is close to the main street such as Nikaicho shopping street, making it a convenient base for shopping and sightseeing. The management company of the regular inn that I used before changed, and I was looking for a replacement inn, but I would like to use it again because the accommodation fee is reasonable.
It is an apartment-style room attached to the Haiyue Pavilion. The facilities of the Haiyue Pavilion can be used. There is a kitchen for use but no kitchenware, cups and dishes. It must be rented from the counter. The room smells heavy, and there is a coin-operated washing machine on the first floor. There is a supermarket not far away. It's pretty convenient.
This hotel was amazing. Great location (15 minute walk from the high speed train station), fantastic view (whole harbor and major buildings in the area), and great service. The proprietor gave us great travel tips to make the most of our short stay in Kobe, and even wrote out the Japanese address we needed to catch our flight the next day. The hotel room is literally an apartment, complete with a full kitchen, bathroom, living room and TV, as well as a balcony with a great view. Recommended for a night or better yet a lengthy stay. The proprietor is so accommodating (New York native) and is friendly and easy to communicate with!
