To be honest, the price / performance ratio is still okay here in Las Vegas, no resort fee is charged, and the room type is not small. But the toilet roof leaks in the middle of the night! !! !! Ctrip handled it in a timely manner, and feedback from the hotel returned half of the cost.

I chose to stay here after the Ahearn hotel because the price was good for the time. I can say the staff is really accommodating and kind. The bell desk with luggage and the check in process was very simple and easy. Lobby location awkward because I really don’t like how it makes the drivers go through the Cosmopolitan lot first. Everything else is perfect, and although the first time I stayed at the Jockey Club was 40 years ago with my parent’s timeshare, this place has been maintained quite well and is now the home base for the Sapphire properties. They have a really nice business center and simple pool, while at the same time you can go to the big ****** and utilize some of their amenities. I love the decor and the space within the rooms, and it’s definitely a place to go to if staying on the main boulevard. The walking score is perfect. I specifically requested a room that did not have a view of a building wall. I have just enough Sky view to get a solid picture of the Eiffel tower. You could stay here a couple of weeks like it’s an apartment. My suggestion is to do grocery shopping at Walmart and bring your things back to the room, however there are eateries within the Cosmopolitan venue. I suggest Henry’s. Was really happy to spend a couple of nights here during my stay, as it was a retro-memory visit for me. I will check out in the middle of the night due to a domestic flight. I’ll stay here again if needing to do so long-term, but my second week here will be at a friends house locally. Definitely a good time share location choice if utilizing such a benefit.

1. The hotel is newly opened, and the front desk staff were quite welcoming and had a good attitude. However, there was a strong, unpleasant odor in the guest room hallways and inside the room itself. 2. I asked the front desk (or their translation robot) if complimentary toothbrushes, toothpaste, and disposable slippers were available, and was told yes. I waited in my room for about an hour, but nothing was delivered. When I went back to the front desk, I was then told that these items were not provided for free, and that toothbrushes and toothpaste were available for purchase at the convenience store in the lobby. 3. The hotel's surrounding amenities are limited, which isn't very convenient. This shouldn't be an issue for guests traveling by car. 4. I'm not sure if this is a widespread problem, but both beds in my room made a slight creaking noise with even a small movement, which disturbed my sleep.

The room is large and suitable for family travel. However, the elevator is next to the room and it is noisy. I contacted the housekeeper but was unable to change the room. If you have to leave early in the morning and have a car, you may have to go to another building to pick up the car.
