Very good! That case when in life even better than in the photo. Clean, spacious, comfortable beds, full kitchen, large bathroom. Towel dryer, floors with heating. Heat and cozy even at the end of November. Nearby stop, grocery stores, pharmacy, cafes, restaurants.

Very pleasant hotel! The accommodation is very comfortable, the environment is very good, the landlord is very friendly and gentleman. Opposite is the supermarket, very convenient. The transportation from the airport, the city center, Cat Town, and Snail Town is also very convenient 😄 Come again next time!

The apartments are new, stylish and really very comfortable you can see that everything is done with the care of the guests. The room was perfectly clean, good equipment, comfortable bed, kitchen with dishes and everything necessary for a comfortable rest. There is an active construction and there is a railway nearby. Not to say it is tense, but it needs to be taken into account when choosing. After a walk in Svetlogorsk it was especially nice to come back here in the evening. To Lake Pacific, the city center and the sea can be quietly reached on foot. Staff polite and attentive, quickly helped on any matter. Only positive emotions from rest remain. A great option for those who value comfort and cleanliness. I would be happy to stop here again.
