The car was in good condition, the operator responded quickly, and there were no problems communicating in Chinese. It is recommended that if you have more than two pieces of luggage, regardless of size, you should rent a 6-7 seater, as the passengers in the back seats will also be more comfortable.

This car rental experience was extremely satisfying! The entire process, from booking, was very convenient. Customer service responded quickly and patiently helped confirm the pick-up time and location. Upon arrival, the staff were friendly and explained the vehicle's operation, precautions, and return procedure in detail, making us feel very secure renting a car in Japan. The car was spotless inside and out, in excellent condition, and drove smoothly and comfortably with ample luggage space. Having this car made the entire trip much more convenient and flexible, allowing us to easily visit many attractions without worrying about transportation time. The return process was also quick, with staff checking everything carefully and without any extra hassle. Overall, the service was professional and considerate, the price was reasonable, and it gave us peace of mind. I highly recommend it to anyone needing to rent a car while traveling in Japan, and I will definitely choose it again next time!

The car pick-up process was quick and easy, and the staff explained everything clearly. Our flight was delayed by an hour, but thank you for your patience. Both pick-up and drop-off are conveniently located on the 4th floor of the departure level at the airport. The car is a Prius hybrid, which is very fuel-efficient. I would definitely choose this car again and highly recommend it.
