This was my first time renting a car from the Times branch at Fukuoka International Airport using Trip.com. Upon arriving at the airport and reaching the rental counter, I called the staff directly to let them know I had arrived! Apparently, you need to provide the Trip.com name and the driver's name, not the name of the person who booked the car. It's best to use English. I typed out the English name to verify. The staff informed me that there were already cars available at the boarding station (plate 14), so there was no need to wait. There were already two Taiwanese couples in the car! Our group of several people quickly completed the payment for the rental car and KEP (Keeping Order Points) at the counter! This time it was a Honda Feed. The car only had a few minor scratches on the exterior, but surprisingly, there were still some potato chip bags and beverage cans inside! Otherwise, the car performed very well, and the trip was completed smoothly and safely! This was my first time renting a car with Trip.com, and I can confidently continue to book with them in the future!
