Toyota Yaris Ativ

Car Condition: The car was in good condition, drove well without any problems, and was fuel-efficient. I wish there was a phone holder for easier map viewing. Car Pick-up and Drop-off: It's probably most convenient if you're arriving by plane, as it's close to the airport. However, it might be a bit inconvenient for those arriving by bus or train, as the pick-up and drop-off point is at the company, which is quite far from both stations. Service: The staff provided good service. A 5,000 baht deposit is required upon car pickup via credit card, and the company will return the deposit within 7-14 days after returning the car. However, this time we had an accident where we couldn't avoid a pothole, causing damage to the wheel. We have insurance with Trip, so we had to pay the difference upfront to the company via cash or credit card, and then claim it from Trip with the receipt (the company initially stated that a full refund would be possible; we are currently awaiting the receipt and processing the claim with Trip). Alternatively, you can purchase insurance from the car rental company, but the staff didn't inform us of this. We'll have to wait and see if the Trip insurance claim process goes as they stated, and if it's complicated or time-consuming. If it's too complicated and time-consuming, we'll consider purchasing insurance from the car rental company instead; the price shouldn't be significantly different.

Upon arriving at Chiang Mai Airport, I contacted the rental company directly via WhatsApp. They quickly called back and arranged to meet at Exit 3. After arriving, they helped us with our luggage and drove us to the rental company area. We completed the vehicle inspection and signed for the rental outside the company, and then paid the deposit. We returned the car with a full tank of gas. The car was in very good condition and had been cleaned, even though it had already driven 80,000 kilometers. The rental company even gave us a ride back to the airport when we returned the car. Overall, the service was excellent, and the deposit was refunded quickly afterwards.

The vehicle is in good condition and easy to drive. When handing over the car, the staff will patiently wait for the customer to carefully check whether there is any damage to the vehicle's exterior. The handover record will also record the original damage to the vehicle in detail. The return efficiency is also very good and will not delay the customer's time.

Staff picked me up at the airport and made contract at nearby gas station. The car conditions is good. Interior is clean and ready to use. When return, I just need to call and make appointment with them at same place. It is very easy and convenient. I suggest you should bring car phone holder yourself.

This rental lasted a month, with a total mileage of over 3600 kilometers. This was my first time using this company; it was credit-based with no deposit required. The rental location isn't inside the airport, but at the PTT Station outside. They offer a shuttle service, but you need to contact them after landing; having a Line account would be helpful. The staff didn't speak Chinese, and their English was terrible, so communication was a problem. The car was in pretty good condition. The Toyota Yaris I rented had just over 100,000 kilometers on it. It's a small car, but its advantage is its agility and ease of driving. I won't go into the exterior details, but remember to take videos for your records. There aren't many cars like this in Chiang Mai with good exteriors; the one I used was considered excellent. There was no phone holder, and they didn't provide one when I asked. Finally, a reminder: don't park where you shouldn't in Chiang Mai city. The police will lock your car. You can rent with a Chinese driver's license, but legally it's considered driving without a license, so don't break the rules or park illegally. Otherwise, what could have been a 1000 baht bill will double! But on the other hand, having a car makes Northern Thailand much more exciting.

I was extremely satisfied with this car rental experience! The pick-up and drop-off process was quick and convenient. The car was clean and well-maintained, making it very safe to drive. The staff were friendly and explained everything clearly, and the price was reasonable. Self-driving made the trip much more flexible, allowing me to easily explore many attractions. I will definitely choose this car rental company again next time I'm in Thailand. Highly recommended!
