Car was in great condition and was wonderful for our trip. The staff were so friendly and helpful and explained everything clearly. The shuttle pickup from the airport was quick and the staff were polite and friendly. The car was well prepared when we arrived with the baby seat already installed. The staff even paired the Bluetooth to my phone so we could listen to music. Overall a great experience and will definitely choose them next time. Excellent service.

Honda Fit

We rented a hybrid vehicle for a 7-day trip, and it was completely trouble-free, reliable, and fuel-efficient from start to finish. What stood out most was their outstanding service and flexibility. Our flight arrived an hour early, yet they seamlessly accommodated us without any hassle. Communication was prompt and clear throughout, and the entire pickup and drop-off process was completely stress-free. We couldn't have asked for a smoother experience and will definitely rent from them again!

Excellent car rental experience! The team contacted us via WhatsApp before our trip, making communication easy in case of flight delays or last-minute changes. Upon arrival at Narita, the shuttle picked us up within 10–15 minutes, and the rental location was only about 10 minutes away. We rented an ETC card for just ¥300, which made toll-road driving very convenient, with toll charges settled at the end. The car was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The team was responsive throughout and very reasonable when helping us with our special early-morning airport return arrangement. One suggestion would be to consider a lower credit-card pre-authorisation/deposit, as overseas visitors may have different credit limits. Overall, friendly, flexible and reliable service. We had a great road trip and would definitely rent from them again. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I was extremely satisfied with the kind and helpful service I received from the staff. Not only was the price reasonable, but the airport transfer was smooth, and I was very grateful for the vehicle upgrade service and the waiver of delay fees! Although the messages I communicated via LINE were in English, they responded quickly even when I replied in Japanese, and I recommend using their service even if you only understand Japanese, as you can use the translation feature with peace of mind. Thank you very much.

I booked through them at a significantly lower price compared to other companies. They also offer Japanese language support, and I was very grateful that they picked me up at the airport with just one phone call. The vehicle was in good condition, and the handover was smooth. I would definitely use their services again if the opportunity arises.
