Lovely hotel and location in a quieter area. Overall friendly service and bell hop. Family room large and comfortable. Nice view from room especially at night. Location and hours information was not shared at time of check in re: swimming pool, gym, spa. Especially for foreigners, this would be appreciated as no info is provided in the room. Later when we asked, told pool opens at 1 pm and no morning swimming before ceck out. We chose the hotel partly because of pool and were disappointed. Buttons to clean room unclear if on or off. Room was not cleaned even after a phone call to reception confirming they would send someone. Very helpful customer service with sending items that were left behind in the room. Breakfast was excellent although a 5 min walk from hotel. Also a good western restaurant. Overall Wuzhen is a beautiful ancient water town well worth a visit.

About one kilometer away from the gate of the scenic area, the young boss is very enthusiastic to pick up and drop off at any time. Hanfu is available in the store. It is free to take photos in the store, and it only costs 30 yuan a day to take out for outdoor shooting. We went shopping at night, and the boss even sent a message after nine o'clock if we needed to answer it. The restaurant recommended by the owner is also very cost-effective, with authentic Jiangnan flavor. I was afraid we could not find it, so I personally sent us there. When leaving the store, he also helped us put our luggage on the car and drove us to the station. It is recommended!
