Used before the early flight. You have to ring the bell to ask to enter this place. Near from the airport and airport shuttle service is available 24 h. The room is spacious and I liked the very cute cat in the premise. Well worth the price.

The hotel was used as a transit point when the transit flight was carried. From the pluses, it is near the airport, it is also a minus because taxi drivers long didn't want to take the order because of a small cost. The entrance road is broken. The rooms on the 2nd floor of a private house, at the bottom of the studio where the master classes are held. In general, the option is good for our purposes

We flew through Yerevan to Italy, it was necessary to stay near the airport, so this guest house was excellent, from the airport 7 min taxi quickly arrived, the hostess of the house waited for us although we arrived at night, met in warm and kindly. In the morning we were waiting for a modest but delicious breakfast, what is necessary before the upcoming flight.
