It is located in a housing area. We use waze to drive here. It is a big bungalow, with ample parking space. The main reason I chose this place is because the toilet has bidet. And it is even better as the place is very clean. The toilet is updated and comfy, even the shower curtain is clean, not even a single black dot can be seen. I didn't take any photo of the bathroom though. There's a common kitchen. They provide water dispenser as well. We get to the city using Bolt, and it was cheap. No issue in getting transportation. Overall I recommend this place if you are in Kutaisi.

We absolutely loved this hotel!! Sofia was warm and friendly, and the breakfast was abundant. There is a swing on the third-floor balcony, where you can enjoy beautiful night views. The dog by the entrance is lovely as well. The hotel is not far from central Kutaisi, which is super convenient for self-driving guests, and parking is available right at the front door. We hope to visit again sometime.

I gave all 5 hearts purely because of the actual experience, I want to tell my compatriots in Chinese to be mentally prepared for health and facilities. Next, the good side, the small yard is well cleaned up, the boss and the wife are very enthusiastic, but the old man may often drink a little more, but he is really enthusiastic and at home, in line with the experience of the homestay. If you can't find it, ask people with the picture. There is a error of about 100 meters between positioning and Google Maps. Almost everyone around knows the old man. It is suitable for a transfer or two nights. There is no commercial taste at present, and the human touch is still very good. 😀
