I had a wonderful stay! The room looks super cool and is kept very clean. A huge thanks to Oliver for being such an amazing host! His tips and local info were so helpful and really put me at ease. The room was cozy and warm thanks to the central heating. It’s also super close to the tram and bus station, so I didn’t have to struggle with my heavy bags. I loved how quiet it was. There’s a work-friendly setup with a keyboard, and the Wi-Fi is solid, which was perfect for my laptop work. Just a heads-up to bring your own shampoo and conditioner, but everything else (towels, slippers, dryer) is there. Thanks again, Oliver!

The apartment was nice enough for a couple of nights. Large bedroom but uncomfortable pillows, modern bathroom, very small kitchen and living room. The downside to our stay was that we didn’t receive check-in instructions from the property. I tried to contact them on three separate occasions, but to no avail. In the end, my daughter, who was already staying there, managed to speak with someone. Also, the address listed on Trip.com is incorrect, and once again, we were able to access the building and the apartment thanks to my daughter—I don’t know what we would have done otherwise. We never received a response from the manager, the owner, or whoever was in charge of check-in.

I liked it, idk about location, I had a car. Plenty of parking in the back with a nice view from up hill. Big Fridge in the shared kitchen at ground floor and with freezer so you are able to put your blue icy box for the travel box. Croatian uber drivers are super speeders so take a throw up bag with you

The room is relatively small, about 20 minutes' walk from the city center train station and bus station. The breakfast was very delicious. There is a milk tea shop nearby that is quite authentic. The hotel owner was very nice and provided a map and recommended restaurants and attractions.

Hotel Madison in Zagreb is a great place! The hotel is very clean, and the staff is very kind, thank you Igor, very welcoming, and very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Zagreb. I highly recommend

The location is convenient, the hotel attitude is also good, maybe because the off-season also helped me upgrade the room, but one accident happened. I went out on the first day and the owner didn't help sort out the room. The next day I stayed at the hotel until noon, when the toilet was suddenly opened the door, but fortunately I stopped in time, he could not come in. Then the owner said that he came to clean the room and knocked on the door, but how can I hear it in the toilet? And the toilet has no door lock, and suddenly it is really scary to be opened! After I reflected, I may feel that I don't need to clean up the room, and I didn't clean the room after that. At the end of the day, my trash can was full and the paper towels were gone. A little troublesome. Finally stayed for 4 nights and didn't clean the room. I suggest they put our house sign at the door to tell them if we need room cleaning service so we don't have to have another accident.

The room is clean, the supermarket is right downstairs. Please ensure to contact the customer service by Whatsapp in advance for the check-in instructions (no. available on their website), and they respond pretty quickly.

One is near the passenger terminal. I didn't expect to take a taxi to the passenger terminal. It takes 8-10 Europe to take a taxi to the passenger terminal, so there is no need to live here. The room is very rough, nothing, it is recommended to avoid the pit
