Warm welcome by receptionist. Awesome service. Quality and service at par excellence. Very much near to train stations. The Best Western was perfectly fine for my one-night business trip to Melbourne—clean enough and very well-located. My only real complaint is that basic amenities were missing; there was no toothpaste or bottled water in the room. It didn't ruin my stay, but adding these simple comforts would go a long way for short-stay guests.

Very clean, nice renovated rooms with all amenities including microwave. Very comfortable bed and pillows, plenty of luggage space. Coffee/tea/sugar and biscuits. Each room has it's own designated parking. Reception woman was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend it and will definitely be staying again soon

It's about a 7-minute walk from the train station, and also very close to the boarding point for the penguin tour train. If you need luggage storage, there are lockers (paid use) on the first floor at the back. Our room didn't have a hairdryer at the time, but you can ask the front desk for one.

I had a great stay at Melbourne City Backpackers. The location is perfect—just a short walk from Southern Cross Station, trams, and plenty of cafés and restaurants, which made getting around Melbourne really easy. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with recommendations or any questions. The hostel had a good social atmosphere without feeling like a party hostel, so it was easy to meet other travellers while still getting a good night’s sleep. The rooms and shared bathrooms were kept clean, and the free breakfast was a nice bonus. Overall, it’s great value for money, especially if you’re looking for a central place to stay in Melbourne. I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to other backpackers.

The service is very good and the location is nearby Ballarat Station. It takes about 20 walks to Sovereign Hill. And there are too many restaurants next to there, such as McDonald's, Pizza Hut, Chinese restaurant and Indian restaurant .

My husband was so happy to stay for one night. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The place was quite clean. The place is recommendable

Superb CBD location with incredibly easy access to the train station. The app-based door locking system is a total game-changer.. so convenient not having to carry around a physical key card or worry about losing it. Service was a solid 4/5; the staff were helpful, though it felt a bit awkward when they were casually chatting with someone else while assisting me. Amenities could also use a slight upgrade, like providing a hair dryer or offering towel rentals. Overall a great stay!

A lovely, nice clean motel style accomodation. Very comfortable mattress. Great large tv. Clean bathrooms. Very nice manager. Great breakfast facilities and Grill restaurant. Very central location. I’d quite happily stay here again.

It’s a very nice cozy hostel, which located close to the beach, tram and bus station. And also close to skybus stop, where you can go to the airport directly. The bed was extremely comfortable, I like it so much! And there is a bar inside the hostel on the first floor with nice vibe. One thing there is no elevator, because I had a big heavy suitcase. But the staff helped me to bring my suitcase on the second floor, I appreciated a lot!
