SSarahBraithwaite77Solo female traveller. Spent 3 nights in a 6 bed dorm. Lockers and good bathroom facilities. Comfy beds and great amenities. Kitchen doesnt open until 9am which I find late but closes at 11pm. Good location just outside of the main tourist area so quiet. Plenty of local shops, cafes and bars within walking distance of a few minutes and as a solo traveller felt safe 10 to 15 minutes walking to main square. Really recommend this hostel.
GGuest UserThe price is affordable. Since it's a bed in a dormitory, some guests might arrive in the early hours, which could potentially disturb your sleep. It's also close to the road, so it can be a bit noisy. If you don't mind these points, the price is genuinely cheap, so it's a viable option.
HHAL_xoshxoI did a late check-in. The reception is open 24 hours so I was able to check in with peace of mind. It was hard to work at night so as not to disturb other guests. There are no curtains for the beds. There is a bathroom and toilet in one room.
NNaimtsmGood, clean, free breakfast.
However there’s rule, where you can’t enter the room from 12-3pm because of housekeepers cleaning.
So i can’t sleep/rest during those period. Need to get out.
WWakanaThe reception seems to be not open 24 hours, but you can check in at the bar at the annex even if you arrive late at night. There is no number in the dormitory bed, so it was a method of finding and using a place that was vacant by myself. The bed was fine. However, the luggage storage was broken and could not be pulled out, and the other was placed in a place where it could not be pulled out due to the structure of the room, and neither of them could use it. I asked if I could change the room at the reception, but I was told that it was full, and on the night of the first day, I was allowed to use the underground luggage room. On the second day, I checked out only one person in the same room, so I put two people's luggage in one luggage. Please be careful because the room number 31 I stayed in is full and one person cannot use the luggage storage!
ZZakuChocolateAlthough it's primarily a French-speaking place, I had no problem getting polite service in English. The ground floor has plenty of seating, so there's ample space even if you bring in dinner. The rooms are clean compared to other hostels in Brussels, and they have curtains, ensuring privacy. There's also a bar area at the reception, so it's a good option for those who forgot to have a beer but don't want to go out.
苏苏尔茨堡李白The location is a certain distance from the subway. A little closer to the bus and tram station. Why the eating place nearby is a bit deserted. Hygiene feels very general. The noise of cars coming and going outside sleeping at night is very noisy. The equipment is okay, each bed has a charging port and a bedside light. If you bring a lock yourself, there are also cabinets that can be locked. Breakfast is provided, which is pretty average, but you don’t have to go out and look for it again. The toilet and bathroom are separate, which is good.
