Good
GGuest UserSuperb location and cleanliness! Few steps from major train stations and bus stops. Walking distance to major attractions and city center. The female dorm room is spacious and comfortable despite the number of beds. There are 2 en-suite bathrooms which are so clean too. All the staff are kind and friendly. There’s a rooftop where you can chill when it’s nice weather. Nearby there are eateries from fast food to proper restaurants, and a nice small square where locals gather to relax. Kitchen is clean. AC works so well in the room and common area which is rare in France. But they should turn off the AC in the kitchen when not in use and also leave it at minimum 26 Celsius degrees to save electricity.

Great
GGuest UserAbsolutely outstanding from start to finish. Miquel and Valérie are exceptional hosts, kind, helpful, fun, and they make you feel at home. The location is idyllic and just so peaceful, and everything is well equipped beyond even anything that you could need. Full kitchen, lots of outdoor space for kids to play (trampoline, balls, toys, a kiddie pool, etc...), clean and comfortable rooms and bathrooms, lots of boardgames and cards and puzzles for downtime. The region is also lovely with lots of castles, nature, charming towns. Couldn't recommend more!!

AAnonymous UserLocation was excellent and the staff were all very polite and friendly n spoke English. There were however mosquitoes in my room which I could get rid of n it was annoying.
The staff were also helpful in booking a taxi for me for my trip to Toulouse airport.
I would definitely recommend the hotel to my friends and return to stay if I’m back in Toulouse again.
They also allowed me to store my luggage after I checked out .

GGuest UserThe location is excellent.
It is very close to the Sant Roque station, which is the central station of the city. It is located in the old area very close to the tourist attractions. Good service. It is a hostel opened a month ago. How to improve I would suggest that there be more showers outside the rooms, it can be annoying for the other guests if they use it if they are resting. The tram also passes nearby so bring earplugs.

AAnonymous UserThere was a fan in the room and the window was opened, so I was able to spend comfortably. There was no one in the same room, so I was able to spend it slowly.
