Stayed in this hotel for less than a week but I can say we are comfortable. Budget-friendly, with free breakfast. Not sure if we’re the only guests since most of the rooms in our hallway are under renovation- glad we don’t hear any noise. We had to change room on the 2nd day since the aircon in the prev. room was no longer working after a day but the transfer is not a hassle. They provided free toiletries, towels and bottled water replenished everyday. It’s in the center of Tabaco. Several fast food chains, convenience stores, dirty market, dental clinics, malls, laundry shop, gas station are just few walks away. Below the hotel is a grocery store. You have to enter the delivery alley because the hotel entrance is at the back of the grocery store. Parking is in front of the hotel. There’s a guard 24/7 so it’s secure. It’s still a peaceful location in the heart of the city. If your priority is budget, accessibility of location and a comfortable place to stay, this might work for you.

Friendly staff, checked in at 10am. The room is large and clean, you can see the volcano from the window. Breakfast is silong and coffee. Good location - the bus station is a 10-minute walk away. Cons - Wi-Fi disappears, no hot water, the door to the room opens with difficulty.

It's OK, just a normal youth hostel. There are towels but no hot water for showering, no hair dryer, and slippers. Did you ask for one that looks like it's been weathered?

The place is very convenient for exploring both Legazpi City and Mount Mayon, as it is in the middle point between both. The bed is very comfortable. The room is also quiet enough and clean. The girls in charge are very nice too.

We booked this hotel for 1 night stay in Legaspi City. Opun check in the receptionest ask for 300pesos as per hotel protocol I dont know for what but doesn't stated in the booking and we book two rooms so we paid 600 hundred pesos. The room for me is so clean the only problem is there is no lock on toilet, bidet is not working properly also the heater. But for someone looking for cheaper hotel this hotel is okay for only one night stay to relax overall is good for me.

Location is good. Customer service is okay too. However, the actual room and its facility is not okay. I would not recommend the place for those having problems taking a flight of stairs nor the ones with heave luggages as there's no elevator. The bathroom is not good at all. Although there's a heater, the water pressure's not quite suitable with it. There were no toiletries provided. No TV at all. Not even complementary bottles of water. If given a chance to look for a better place to stay, I would look for another one.

The location was so good. If you walk a little, there are banks and park cathedrals, so it's okay to go and see them and it's safe. The staff are so kind and listen to your requests. When I asked where to go and whether there was a jifree in the morning, he told me without any blockage and arrived at my destination immediately after leaving the room 👍👍

Very accommodating,clean environment and safe to stay.. Establishments including government facilities and schools are accessible.

The host was very helpful and friendly. We loved the beautiful view from the room. We were happy and grateful for a wonderful experience at Uno's Crib.
