Very convenient , and the whole house is very big 

Advantages: 1. The price of the room is very attractive 2. The room is small, but there is a small public area outside the room to rest, there are also refrigerators and microwaves available 3. The living function around the hotel is very good, there are laundry shops, tea rooms and various supermarkets 4. There is a self-check in for check-in. If you don't know, the service staff will come and help Disadvantages: 1. The room is very small, there is no place to leave the luggage 2. The room card is only given, but the plug-in area only recognizes this card, and cannot be replaced with other cards. It becomes necessary to enter and exit together, otherwise one person will not come back when he goes out, and the other person is in the room but there is no electricity, which is too troublesome.

Feel like home. Great home stay with most of the amenities nearby. Right opposite IOI mall and there is lots of eateries within walkable distance. Highly recommended.

Kinda surprise seeing a Signature property in Puchong. I can say overall experience is fantastic. I am very particular on certain aspects and they nail it. I was greeted by Aina at about 3pm with my room key all ready (yes, a key but not a big deal). Standard Studio room on level 7 is as described and pictured. Huge, spacious, tidy, clean and everything is new. There is even a personalized welcome note with 2 candies. What a brilliant way of welcoming! Face, hand and bath towels ready with the normal complete amenities (toothbrush & paste is included). 2 air-conds, one in living and bed area. In house Astro tv. Car park is complimentary limited to only 1 vehicle to a room. Tap in with TnG card, debit or credit card (minimum amount is necessary for successful entry as RM3 will be pre-auth), validate prior exiting. There is a gym on level 8 but no pool. Hotel restaurant is just across the street serving all day menu. Many choices of eatieries within driving distance.

This is my first time staying at Hilton Garden inn hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. We have received a welcome drink when we are check-in at the hotel lobby. Hotel room very cozy, clean and bed very comfortable. Location is not convenient, parking is free.

We find the house condition very dirty and I wouldn’t recommend for a future stay.  The bathroom especially was very moldy and dirty. Doesn’t look like it was washed.  The mattresses were uncomfortable.  The sofa also lost it’s firmness. Old one.  The smart Tv was functioning very slow and took very long to load.  I eventually took another home for a more cleaner and comfortable experience for mi kids.

Worst hotel that I have ever seen. Good staff but with a bossy boss. Why I say so, the electronic smart lock of my parents' room is broken and cannot lock the door at 8.45pm we just realise it. We told the staff at 8.45pm and went out. When we got back to the hotel around 10pm the issue was still there, due to a shortage of manpower and the full house cannot change rooms. We wait until midnight for them to settle their issue. When they were repairing the lock I asked for compensation. Firstly, their boss has agreed to waive the 1st night fee of the room and we accept it because we don't need the hotel cash voucher (which they intend to offer). The reason we book the hotel and stay is because my sis's new house is under renovation. After then we would need to book any hotel ady, I told the staff. Dramatically, after around 11.30pm, the lock has been successfully repaired and my parents can stay back in the room. When I prepared to sleep at 12pm, I have received the call from the staff said if the 1st night room charges has been waived your parents cannot stay at the room. (Do you think this is acceptable??? if not just can accept the RM50 hotel cash voucher for next stay. You just forced me to accept your hotel offer which I totally do not need). No matter how good the facilities of the hotel are with this kind of customer service, I will never choose to stay. 如果做不到就不要答应，RM100没有很多。RM50也没有多珍贵。小钱而已就看出了贵公司处理事情的能力。人手不够请请人我可怜你们的员工凌晨还要因为你们的出尔反尔被骂到哭。 Besides that other issue as below: 1. Innovation is good but not experiment, the 1st time I enter the room I fail so I need to go down and rescan for my face just to enter my room. 2. We have booked 2 nights for 3 days. The second day I hung the paper tag and requested for cleaning but when we went back to the room at night, the hotel didn't clean my parents and my room.

general clean. food in the cafeteria may be need to improve a bit. opposite the street hsamby varieties of food.

Everything is fine, just room a bit small and housekeeping until 6pm only, so if you come back late then cannot ask for housekeeping already, facing highway side will have some noisy due to traffic condition. Need car to stay here, no eatery nearby.
