"This hotel located in a very strategic place. LRT just in front of the hotel. One station away is IOI Puchong Mall. The hotel has a very comfortable vibe especially in their lobby and all the common area. It also comes with a pool and the room is spacious. My stay comes with breakfast in their restaurant. You can't compare their breakfast with 4/5 stars hotel out there, but it still stands fantastic among the same level ratings hotel. And the hotel comes with parking at the basement parking. So travellers with car absolutely no need to worry where to park their car. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and definitely will come back again."

"Overall, my stay was very satisfying. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, and there were no strange odors. The attention to detail in terms of hygiene was excellent. The facilities were complete, with stable air conditioning and hot water. The soundproofing in the room was decent. Regarding service, the front desk handled check-in efficiently, and the staff were friendly and responsive to any issues. The location was also quite convenient. All in all, it offers great value for money, and I would choose this hotel again if I have the chance."

"The hotel allows an early check-in at 2:00 p.m., which was very convenient. The reception staff were efficient, friendly, and handled requests professionally. Unfortunately, my experience with the room was disappointing. The first room I was assigned on the third floor had an air conditioner that was not functioning properly. After I reported the issue, the staff promptly arranged another room, which I appreciated. However, the cleanliness of the second room was below expectations. The floor was quite dirty and felt dusty, as though it had not been swept or mopped. There were also many strands of hair on the floor, indicating that the room had not been properly cleaned before my check-in. I hope the hotel will improve its housekeeping standards, as cleanliness is one of the most important aspects of a comfortable stay."

"Overall, my stay here was quite disappointing, and the experience did not live up to expectations. First of all, the room itself was extremely small and cramped, making it uncomfortable to move around or place luggage. On top of that, the facilities and furniture felt quite old, dated, and poorly maintained, which gave the entire room a worn-down feeling. When checking in, I was surprised to be charged an additional fee/tax of RM 5.00 on-site. This extra charge felt unexpected and added to the overall unpleasant experience. Location-wise, the hotel is not in a great spot. The surrounding area was noisy, and the room’s soundproofing was very poor. During the night, noise from the outside traffic was a major issue. I could clearly hear motorbikes revving and passing by continuously throughout the late hours, which severely disrupted my rest and made it very difficult to get a decent night's sleep. Given the small room size, outdated amenities, unexpected extra fee, and the severe noise pollution at night, I feel the value for money is very low. Unless the management upgrades the soundproofing and improves transparency regarding fees, I would recommend other travelers look for better options nearby."

"It is a service apartment suite located at the center of Puchong commercial area. The suite come with all the amenities that traveller needed. However, there is a pub beneath the apartment which they operate until mid night. You still can heard of the noise from that pub. The management should take note about this issues. Also. Please change all the fade and yellowish towel for better hygiene as this matter really not match your standard of your apartment."
