The room was big and comfortable. The pool was small but clean and well kept. The staff were always very pleasant and helpful. The location is right next to a few banks, shops and the metro is within 5 minutes walk. The area felt very safe as it’s nearby some embassies. The only thing that was not great was the elevator. It was extremely slow, you had to always push both up and down for it to arrive on your floor. So most times you’d go to then go down. And I did get stuck in the elevator once with a few other people. They did get us our rather quickly though. They are renovating so hopefully soon their new elevator will be operational.

The location is excellent. However, the swimming pool is not cleaned well. We also need to prepare slippers, toothpaste, and brush ourselves. The staff are friendly. Trip.com system has problems with uploading photos, so I cannot share them here.

The room facing the street is particularly noisy, it feels like sleeping on the main road! ! ! The location is OK, close to the subway station, but if you take your luggage to the subway station, there are steps up and down, which is very troublesome. The breakfast tastes ok, but a bit expensive. Overall, the experience is average.

Great location. Accessible. The hotel itself is a museum, and theyve got a fancy music bar. Also has a good restaurant. Room service was 24/7 which is excellent for jetlag. The room however is quite dated. Bits of problems with the shower, but it's hot and cold. Frontdesk and room service speaks english.

Good apartments for a decent price, but a bit confusing their pet policy as it states here in there policies that pets are allowed and FREE which they are not. I was told a price of 350$ MXN per night… upon telling them they told me I‘m wrong, do customer service wise I’m not so happy. However they were nice and let me change my room because I was initially in a room just above the reception which was horrible and you heard everything. Location is good, room was clean, served its purpose but I’m not sure I would come again.

The breakfast at the hotel tastes good and has local features, but the variety is small. The buffet breakfast has two options, the regular version and the local special edition. Unfortunately, even the second one is not very rich. I tried the dinner at the hotel and it tasted very good. The price is slightly more expensive than the average restaurant. The red velvet cake sold in the hotel's bakery tastes good and is inexpensive and worth recommending. The hotel's swimming pool is relatively small, the gym is not very big, and there are few people in the evening.

The hotel in Mexico City is cleaner and more comfortable than in Cancun. They are both Hilton hotels, but the difference is huge. We brought a lot of luggage 🧳, and our car was parked opposite the hotel. The hotel staff went directly to the opposite side of the hotel entrance to help us move our suitcases and delivered them to the room. The location is perfect but everything else needs to be reviewed! The rooms are aging and need a real refresh...Moreover, when we arrived at the hotel at 8:00 a.m. after almost 20 hours of traveling with a baby, our room was available but we were asked to pay an additional €45 to be able to access it. ..(otherwise we had to wait until 3 p.m.!) On the other hand, no compensation for leaving the room early in the morning on the last day of our stay 😉) 2 towels for 3 people, 2 power outlets only available in the room, incessant noise due to single-glazed bedroom window, located on the 1st floor on a busy street... And finally, impossible to access the roof terrace, all the time taken for ”private events” in short, we were particularly disappointed with our stay in view of the comments we had read before our reservation!
