The person who checked us in was so kinda, and when we asked to have our room switched they were so quick to help out, but the hotel rooms and hallways were truly gross. We did not use the pool and missed the breakfast so I have no comment there. Prior to staying here, I didn't do much research. We are super familiar with the naples area and just needed a place to stay at for a night before our airbnb opened. I travel for work often and trust marriott and didn't think twice about booking a reliable Residence Inn. We got in pretty late, it must have been just before midnight. I point this out because I'm not sure if they were low on availability or something. The first room we were given had a unique scent of throw up upon opening the door. Like it was blatant. When my husband went into the bedroom, there were wet spots all over on the carpet and our gut just felt like the room was not properly cleaned. It really, really smelled. When we opened the crib for our son a bunch of cheerios fell out of the pack and play. It was that moment that I realized I had to be that person to ask for a different room. I really don't often do this but the smell of throw up was overwhelming and the floor was too wet to trust it. Honestly, it was really gross. I'm disappointed they'd even offer this room to someone. When we opened the door to the second room, the smell was overwhelmingly of ciggarettes. It's a nonsmoking hotel and room so clearly someone just broke the rules. They didn't have another crib so we just carried the cheerio crib to this room. We realized two of the garbages in the new room hadn't been emptied. At this point it was like 1AM and we just tried not to think about it and fell asleep. When we woke up we packed up our things and peaced out as quickly as we could. I share this experience because I always trust Marriott but this was BAD. We paid an insane amount of money for our one night (high season) and I left feeling violated. I know that probably sounds comical but I felt scammed. In summary, the check in guy was so kind. This isn't a knock on the workers. But the two rooms we experienced were flat out disgusting and not sanitary. I would not stay there ever again even if the entire stay was free.

|4.17km from city centerWe enjoyed our quick 2-day getaway stay at the Naples Garden Inn. The lush setting was very pleasant and appealing and you wouldn't realize that you were right on US 41. It was close and convenient to everything in downtown Naples. We did experience a couple of minor issues as well as a noise issue with the occupants of the room above us that were playing loud music all day on our arrival day. I spoke to Linda at the front desk about it and she apologized and said she would speak to the guests which she promptly did. She also promptly took care of a couple of minor issues with our room and was always pleasant. Overall, we had a great experience staying at this property and would certainly not hesitate to stay there again in the future. Linda is certainly an asset to the place!

|11.31km from city centerWe've stayed at this property since it was first built and it was amazing back in the day. It's went downhill over the years. The hotel rooms are so-so and are definitely in need of some updating. The rooms are dark and dingy and some of the lighting in the rooms need to have bulbs replaced in the overhead vanity lights, etc. Updated and additional lighting throughout the rooms would be a plus! The wall paper was peeling in the bathrooms and the rooms were generally dark and dingy. The pillows are flat and horrible. The carpeting in the rooms had burn holes and dirty. The elevators are also dirty. The hotel has deodorizer machines plugged in all over the hallways to disperse an obnoxious deodorant spray to mask odors. The housekeeping staff talks very loudly in the hallways all day long. We never utilize housekeeping during our stays but asked for a few replacement towels and they seemed to be bothered by this. The breakfast buffet was always a disheveled mess and somewhat risky to say the least. The hard boiled eggs were in a communal dish as were the bread and pastry items and people were grabbing items with their hands. The toaster had metal tongs next to it to remove the toasted items, as the knobs were missing. I'm fairly sure that using metal tongs along with a toaster, isn't a great idea. We felt horrible for the one and only person working the breakfast area. This solo employee had to keep it organized and clean, as there were many guests that were absolute slobs that were hoarding massive amounts of food, and then throwing most of it in the overflowing trash cans. Perhaps it's difficult to keep up with a few of the low class guests that are messy, loud and disrespectful of the property. For the high price, it's really not worth staying here.

Some rooms have a screened in porch! A cat, named Lemon, came to visit whenever we were outside. The pool is a nice size and heated. We had it mainly to ourselves - many sun bathers but not many who actually got into the pool. Mixed crowed of people staying there but seemed to be mostly an older group. They said they had continental breakfast near the pool but we never made it there to check that out. The rooms are large - at least ours was. Nice bathroom. Having a toaster in the room as well as the microwave/refrigerator was a nice touch. We had daily maid service which we only came across in 2 out of our 7 hotels we stayed in on this vacation. Appreciated that.

|0.4km from city centerWe have been at Belllasera a couple of times in the past but this was our first visit after some years and also the first visit after their renovation. Overall nothing really changed that much. The suites are still perfectly clean and extremely well kept. Kudos to the great housekeeping team! Noticeably the renovation was carried out a little bit awkward. You will see that they changed some of the furniture and carpets but not entirely everything and not consistently in every room. Some rooms still have parts of the old carpet or older kitchen tops. Noticeably the rates have gone up significantly, therefore the hotel seemed empty during the week. Unfortunately we had to switch rooms twice (therefore we had the chance to see 3 different rooms and noticing the differences in the room renovation). The first room had some really loud noise coming from the HVAC unit next to the bedroom whereas the second room was very close to the kitchen vent outlet of their restaurant. Since I am a light sleeper and we wanted to spend our afternoons on the terrace it bothered us. Staff was apologetic and helpful and finally upgraded us from a 2 to a 3 bedroom unit. Not that we needed the space (with only 2 guests) but the gesture was greatly appreciated. The final suite was flawless and we enjoyed our 7 nights here.

|4.06km from city centerHaving traveled around Florida for a few weeks we chose to spend the last 3 days in Naples at this motel. Check in was smooth and efficient. Our room was clean and well maintained, Our tv didn’t work but when we reported it to reception it was swiftly replaced. My opinion is that the old fashioned bedspreads should be replaced with modern cleaner looking ones which would give the room a fresher look. Also the beds and pillows were past their best. We used the pool a few times and it was lovely but do agree that the loud music on the Saturday spoils the relaxed vibe. We did eat in both Harold’s place and the pizza restaurant and found them both to deliver excellent service, value for money and tasty food . Breakfast was really good with lovely ladies keeping it well stocked and even helping to make pancakes and waffles. All in all we really enjoyed our stay

We absolutely loved it and we're so pleased we chose to stay here. The room decor isn't high end hotel, clean and pretty basic but did the job. Bathroom could do with a bit of a refurbishment. The grounds and pools were great. Our room ba ked onto the pool so we could walk straight out onto the poolside. Boys loved it so much. Breakfast great, poured with rain one morning but covered space to eat by the pool. Close to beach, 5 mins in the car. We hope to be back in the future, will definitely stay here again. Staff were all great, lovely chap on the grounds fed the fish with my young son who enjoyed it very much.

|11.04km from city centerRoom 324. First time staying in a hotel since the pandemic began & expected less. This was good. Carpet and walls clean, neat and comfortable. Elevator clean. Room was small, but fine for just two people. Beds were very soft and I prefer a firmer sleep, but OK. Bathroom clean but very small. There was an odd spot up high in the shower, on the wall. Someone should clean that. Desk did not have electrical outlets near, as that was under the TV. No bible in room. Breakfast was better than pre-pandemic! Scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes,fruit, cinnamon buns, the works. Every staff member I met were friendly and helpful. Cracker Barrel right next door, easy stroll. We paid $201 so I am hoping that is somehow pandemic related, as that is pretty high for a small room. Overall, better than we expected and we always stay at Holiday Inn express.

The kicked back atmosphere is really nice, great pool area with plenty of towels and ample seating all through the property. The rooms are well kept, and very clean - although older. The staff is wonderful and very friendly and helpful! Breakfast is served in a very cool area, surrounded by gardens and outside and inside seating. Many people brought food back to their own seating area to enjoy. Great relaxed vibe is also obvious by the guests that stay there.

A large structure with 4 floors and the elevators were kinda slow and one (only 2) kept being out of service. Room was clean, and enough plugins for the tech. WiFi worked well. The A/C did not keep up with the selection as it was a bit warmish in the room. Breakfast was hit or miss. Fair quality for that type of property. The room i was in had some really hard beds, i do like a firmer bed, however this was a bit much. Pretty quiet as the older construction was concrete. Gas station and Burger King within walking distance (like 5 min) and a host of other eateries very close by driving wise. Staff were friendly enough. Checkout was okay. Overall a good enough stay.

We had a couple of issues with the cottage when we first got there but the resort had them all resolved within hours.
The whole resort is beautiful and a short walk to 5th Avenue and Tin city. The pools and amenities are great, it was a self maintained cottage so no daily housekeeping as you would get with the hotel, if staying longer I’d like to have had housekeeping come at least once tho.
The cottage was clean although attention to detail wasn’t there e.g. dust on top of pictures, bed frame etc… but generally was clean. It had everything we needed, they supply towels and toilet paper (a few) and a few other things like detergent. Kitchen was well stocked and had more utensils than we would ever use.
Overall a great stay and we will be back.

The room was nicely laid out, with great lighting and the bathroom was very spacious for a couple. The room had plenty of electrical outlets for many devices, and was kept clean with daily housekeeping.We used the gym, which had brand new equipment. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which had lots of food choices. Finally, I wanted to thank Jose, Dylan and the other people working the front desk. They were so helpful and friendly during our stay.

She was great with information about the area. We utilized the shuttle beach service Saturday and Sunday. Hotel offers Free beach chairs, towels and water. If you need an umbrella, the beach service area, once at the beach, is very convenient and inexpensive to rent. Bella, the Front Desk Manager aka Shuttle Van Driver is GREAT! She has a bubbly personality and impeccable service skills. You can tell, she loves her job. We had a wonderful weekend. The rooms were spotless. The Pool was clean and beautiful. Highly recommend !!

Fruit/berries for oatmeal was in an office organization container which is tacky. Breakfast food not showcased in an appealing display; organized like an office organizer in office organizer plastic containers. Ceramic dishes and metal silverware for breakfast. Room was nice. Bed good. Clean except for dish sink drain and garbage disposal which reeked of mildew/mold; the dish sink drain/garbage disposal needed cleaning. Lots of towels in bathroom. Super nice front office and cleaning staff. Superiorily safe and private hotel. I would have given 5 stars for this hotel but the dish sink drain/garbage disposal was really not good; but, much better after cleaning. Also, a towel hook was very loose which kept falling off the wall.

The staff who interacted with were very friendly and helpful - the friendly receptionist at check-in and the diligent Ilina who replenishes the breakfast offering. I wish the room was brighter; it was dark and univiting. The bathroom does not have a fan and toiletries were of different makes and did not include a body lotion. Despite the few setbacks, the staff compensated with great service.
