|2.91km from city centerThe hotel halls appeared to have new carpet and the rooms appeared to have new wood floors. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly. I would definitely stay here again. I was there for Missoula Marathon weekend and the accommodations were within walking distance of the finish line of the races and within walking distance of the bus pickup to take runners to the starting lines of the races. Also, within easy walking distance of many restaurants, etc.

|5.43km from city centerThe lobby was amazing on entry and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. Ended up needing to room change three times due to extreme uncleanliness. The first room I was in I had full cookies and Cheez-Its on the floor between the bed and behind the chair / hide a bed in the corner. It's the second room was much nicer with a balcony. Upon inspection the countertops were covered with sugar and spilled liquid that had dried and congealed and there were oily figure prints on the table tops. The refrigerator was full of melted ice cream and old coffee in an open container. The third room I was in had way for cookies underneath the bedspreads on the floor along with broken pieces of rather thick plastic everywhere. When the chair in the corner was moved there was popcorn spread all over the floor and the bedspread that was underneath the shamed protect it was covered in un-laundered spilled food.
I booked through chip and was not able to cancel my booking due to the prepayment, or I absolutely would have, if you have children or animals that you concerned of allergies I would recommend you not stay.

|6.31km from city centerYou get a clean comfortable basic room here. There is no fridge or microwave in your room. There is a microwave in the lobby and coffee and hot water are available in the morning. I was in a room near the ice maker and elevator and it was somewhat noisy. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The staff at the front desk were friendly and provided info on weekend events and places to eat. The location is great. It is easy off and on from the interstate and several restaurants and gas stations are close by. There is also a walking trail nearby so that you can get in a little exercise after sitting for hours in a car. All in all, I was satisfied with my stay here but it is definitely a no frills option.

|2.12km from city centerNot the best hotel I’ve stayed in- my husband and I were disappointed. We got a deal and booked our room for $130 (originally $150). Not worth that price for a few reasons: - Free breakfast was just a bag given to person with basic items such as yogurt, string cheese, a muffin, etc. There was absolutely no indication that “free breakfast” was bagged breakfast, COVID style (then we had to track down a worker to give our breakfast bag) - Room could use some maintenance- faucet was finicky and there was a hole in the bathroom doorframe - In general, the hotel could use a facelift and parts smelled like smoke even though we were in a non smoking area. My husband and I won’t be staying here again- our $130 (or $150) is better somewhere else.

|4.73km from city centerThis is our favorite hotel in Missoula! The front desk is always welcoming and friendly and fun to chat with- we stay there often and Jane and Khloe always remember us and call us by name. The manager, Racquel, always makes a point to say hello and makes sure that guests are comfortable. Nicole in housekeeping has always gone above and beyond! Cleanliness and safety are always my number one priorities when staying in hotels and this property is consistently top notch. We are definitely Missoula TPS fans and will always stay here before anyplace else. Go Griz!!

|5.35km from city centerWhat a fantastic stay! This place was awesome. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, and you don’t have to check out until noon!! The beds were sooooo comfy!!! There were things to do with the kids; pool table, basketball court outside , indoor pool. Everytime I came out of my room there were people in the halls cleaning (which is always a good sign)! Now onto the very best part… Their breakfast!!!! It was top notch! I could not believe the spread. A yogurt bar, bagels, waffle maker, eggs, fruit, and more! The woman who runs the breakfast was fantastic. She was on top of it the entire time, Super helpful and readily available. The staff at this place were just so beyond amazing! We travel a lot and I was so impressed with all of the accommodations, cleanliness, yummy breakfast and the coziest beds! I cannot wait to go back. Keep up the great work! Book this place N-O-W!

|2.5km from city centerThe good and the bad: Good: Price was less than most in Missoula, the room was clean, bathroom had been remodeled, wifi and TV worked good. McDonalds and KFC are nearby (Is that good?) Bad: Neighborhood is kind of rough. Other than the bathroom and the flat screen tv, if I had walked into the room in 1970 I would feel right at home. Lighting was very poor. The beds were old and not very comfortable. They were probably there in 1970. There was a fair amount of noise from the road. No fridge or microwave and no breakfast. Summary: It was Ok for one night but not very comfortable. I think they are trying to update things and make it go, but there remains lots to do.

|2.18km from city centerSpent a couple months in Missoula for work and could not recommend this hotel more. From the general manager Ashley to the front desk staff, everyone was extremely friendly and attentive. The hotel itself is wonderful. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I’d also like to give a tip of the cap to Gwen the bartender. When you are away from home for so long, it was nice to unwind with a beverage in the evening. Gwen became a familiar face and did an outstanding job of not only being a good bartender but being a pretty cool all around person to talk to. If you are looking for a hotel in Missoula, you can’t go wrong with the Residence Inn.

Really enjoyed my stay here it is a pristinely clean hotel. I had two seven year olds with me and my neighbors complained of them being loud. the walls are extremely thin because my children were on the bed and one got up to go to the bathroom and caused both sides of us and below us to complain to the front desk. Has no reflection on the hotel itself, but if you have children I would request the first floor. Loved it! definitely staying there again!

|2.79km from city centerThe Motel 6 on University is a clean and affordable stay in Missoula. The beds were tidy and the sheets were clean and stain free. Housekeeping staff takes their jobs seriously, as the tub was definitely scrubbed nice and clean. It is in a great area, close to downtown and near a bunch of places to eat. They allow pets which is amazing and have a nice area for pet relief. It is a clean, cozy motel that doesn't break the bank. Wonderful and friendly staff, would definitely stay again.

|5.48km from city centerThe front desk person was extremely helpful and we scored the last available room at this hotel. There are lots of dining options in the area close by and it is easy access to I-90. It's a basic hotel but extremely clean. Breakfast was included and it's your typical hotel breakfast with microwaveable burrito or egg option.

|2.87km from city centerJust looking for somewhere to rest my head and I was very impressed with this location! Very friendly staff, bed was clean and comfy, shower and bathroom were clean! Only thing is it is right beside the train tracks. Good thing I am a heavy sleeper so it did not bother me. They also offer ear plugs. Morning check out was smooth and seamless.Breakfast had a great spread and had everything you needed! Highly recommend

|2.29km from city centerMy title says it all…I’m not sure why I need to write 200 characters in order to review the hotel. The Wren is a great, newer looking hotel. It’s got a cool vibe, fantastic location, and friendly & helpful staff. We will definitely be back! While staying at the Wren, do yourself a favor and visit the library, which is almost next-door, it’s the most incredible library I’ve ever seen.

|5.08km from city centerI was an employee for the Home2Suites for many years and understand the importance of customer service and attitude with the Hilton properties. My husband is disabled and after a long day of driving, we called down to the lobby to ask if one of the employees could bring us a couple of plates and silverware to allow us to enjoy our snack before bed. I was in my pajamas and thought this to be a simple request. The clerk that answered the telephone stated, ”we just don't do that. You will have to come to the lobby and get them”. My husband went down to the lobby and found the three clerks sitting at one of the restaurant tables, laughing with their cell phones. When he asked for the plates and silverware, he was met with an attitude like it was a pain to serve a customer. When I worked for Hilton, every request was accomodated, over and above, and with a smile! Our room was way overpriced as a Garden Inn property and not the room we had requested. Unfortunately, it was not a good experience for us and we will not stay in this Hilton property again. I wish I had read the reviews before booking at this hotel. The Marriott is just across the street and I will try that property.

|5.8km from city centerDO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!! THEY WILL WRONGFULLY CHARGE YOU AFTER CHECKOUT!! My partner and I stayed here for one night. Neither of us are cigarette smokers, we both suffer from asthma. Nor did we associate with anyone who smoked cigarettes during the night we stayed here. Hours after checkout, we were charged $200. I called to ask what the charge was for and was told “cigarette remnants were found” in the room, and to call back Monday when the manager was available. This is a lie and now it is just our word against theirs. I suspect the housekeepers were angry that we asked for a late checkout. As they knocked on our door asking when we were leaving (even though we arranged a late checkout with the front desk and had the “do not disturb” sign posted). Please save yourself valuable money and time and DO NOT STAY HERE!

|5.52km from city centerWhile we have stayed at this property years ago under a different chains brand, it retains many of the features of its former brand. It says Comfort Inn on the signage but internally it doesn’t have the same general feel as most of the brand we’ve stayed at (100s of different locations over the years) While the furniture and interiors feel like its former brand, beds and bedding, bathroom soap/shampoos are all standard Comfort in fare…. Think going into a nicer chain sit down restaurant, that used to be a high end steakhouse but seeing them serve or package things like a fast food place. It feels a bit off to me. That all being said the facility is nice, clean and comfortable and staff were very welcoming and friendly. Nice walk in shower, room layout nice (but not typical Comfort Inn style/layout) Breakfast needs improvements. Breakfast area is small very limited seating and the food….well let’s just say we ate breakfast elsewhere after trying it. While the potatoes were ‘warm’ and real potatoes they tasted rewarmed and almost mushy for the wedge style they were, eggs tasted like bad powdered eggs, they had sausages links as well which were just ok. Also have some microwaveable breakfast options and the standard dry fare. I feel this property should have gone with a different Choice branding, as it does seem based on many reviews it gets confused with the other Comfort on the other side of town. A solid stay, no issues, though we will try other places in town next time, for perspective.

Missoula
|6.24km from city center[Location] is complete and convenient. There are many hotels in the suburbs of Missoula, many hotels around the city, Starbucks, etc. Many of Starbucks' waiters are very enthusiastic and energetic. They provide various help and guidance during the exchange. Many fast food restaurants are very close to Highway 90. They are suitable for a round trip to and from Yellowstone/Seattle. You can get on the i-90 highway when you get off early. [Service] The front desk is relatively enthusiastic. If there are many customers, it may be normal. When I left, I went to the front desk to explain that I needed to make a receipt. The grandmother said ok. I looked up and found other tourists behind me. I was told that you can go online to download. I am speechless. [Facilities] Room facilities are relatively new, kitchen The tools are very complete, the dining cabinets are large, very convenient, the bed is as soft and comfortable as ever, the bathroom toilet, the wash basin are very clean and new, four-and-a-half satisfaction; [other] convenient parking, convenient travel, although surrounding A little bit of desolate feeling, but the purpose is the transit station for long-distance travel, eating and drinking are very good, overall satisfaction. Already two round-trip stays.

|2.71km from city centerThis hotel is simply outstanding. From the helpful staff to the clean and comfortable rooms, this has been one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The staff always made sure you felt welcomed no matter what time of the day you entered and the hot breakfast in the morning was a great start to the day. The rooms were very clean and spacious and on top of that, the hotel is also located near lots of restaurants and shopping centers. Overall I recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for an amazing place to stay at.

|5.37km from city centerWas supposed to be going to Yellowstone but that week was when the massive flooding occurred and Yellowstone was closed. Had to change plans last minute. Decided to explore other parts of Montana instead and booked a room for one night in Missoula. Pleasant surprise. Missoula was pretty and the people I met were really friendly. I could have sworn I booked a room with a whirlpool tub. I had a suite but just a regular tub. Overall that wasn't a big deal as I didn't get to the hotel until 8PM and still needed to find somewhere to eat. No time for a bath. The shower head was aimed weird, but had great flow. The toilet was higher than normal which was nice since I was achy from hiking. The tub edge was a bit lower. Also nice. Everything was clean. My room was on the second floor. No elevator. Hotel seems solidly built meaning the floor felt really solid with no creaking so I didn't think I was being a stompy elephant to the people below me. The tv was huge. Large fridge with a freezer. The microwave worked. Very comfy bed and pillows. Slept well. This place was QUIET. I heard absolutely no one all night other than some doors slam. Good location right off the freeway. There were places nearby to eat and other shopping. The main reason I chose this hotel was because it is pet free! Yay! No wet dog smell! No incessant barking at all hours! Definitely would stay here again and I wished I had spent more than one night in Missoula.

Missoula
|3.3km from city centerThe bathroom is clean and the bath towels are still very white. The bedding is also clean, the microwave oven and refrigerator are standard, the window is double-glazed, so although facing the street, the noise is not big, and the reception is very polite. The downside is that the window air conditioner is noisy. It may affect guests with poor sleep quality. The breakfast variety is simple!
