Clean hotel, city view. There is a shopping mall nearby, the location is good. Overall, it wasn't bad. However, the front desk's response was a bit uncomfortable. I went to the front to request more towels, but the male staff asked me too much about my request , even at the end, I was able to receive towers after being kind of warned not to use it outside.. I have no reason to carry a heavy towel outside. I don't know if it's because I requested an extra tower than the number of guests in my room , but I guess asking for just an extra towel isn’t such a serious request. I understand the strict response, but also hope to consider the comfort of guests. Anyway, I was uncomfortable with this, but the rest was generally fine.

I stayed with a friend but I made a separate room by one person. It is ok even for a car rental, and there is a three-dimensional parking lot, so it is safe there. It was 500 yen per night for a car. I didn't eat breakfast, but it must be the same as other Toyoko inn ‥? I think it is quite good to buy souvenirs at the supermarket because there is a shopping mall nearby.

I work at the front desk of an overseas hotel and write on the basis of my hotel management qualification. When I went to check in around 3:00, I heard that the room was not cleaned yet because of the limited number of rooms. My husband and I enjoyed our week-long stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, the food/restaurants were great (highly recommend the 3500yen lunch set at the Japanese restaurant with garden view), walking distance from shopping street... The highlight was the free return shuttle bus to their hotel group's other hotel Busena Terrace - we had a great day enjoying a lovely buffet lunch at a good price, swimming at the private beach and the outdoor swimming pools.

Booked this hotel due to its proximity to the airport for our early morning flight back home. Yes the hotel is dated but we were blown away by the warmth and sincerity of the staff. Our wifi failed to work in the room originally assigned to us and we were given an upgraded room with sorted all that out. The breakfast is vast and delicious, not what I would expect for its tariff. What also impressed us was how the reception assisted us with the booking of our cab to the airport the night before and that the driver was already waiting outside the lobby the next morning. As this is our wedding anniversary trip with our baby, the hotel also left us lovely cookies and a note to commemorate the event. We stayed at some beautiful resorts up north okinawa but none offered this level of service we received at Smile City. Thank you for wrapping up our anniversary with so much warmth and care!

6 km / 15 min / 1470 yen by taxi from the airport. Although Naha itself is very built up so kind of just like any other nondescript Japanese city albeit with interesting vegetation, it's a convenient location with lots of food options. The condo itself is right next to a Shell gas station with an adjacent Family Mart. There are 3 apartments per floor at this rather new-looking 10-storey building and the reception is downstairs from 9 am -7 pm plus a number to call outside these hours, very courteous with badly translated English instructions. We stayed 10 nights and room was scheduled to be cleaned every 3 days. Room key also opens the door to trash/recycle area outside. Basically you get a 30 m2 studio apartment with a spacious balcony where you can see the ferry terminal and a bit of the ocean & a small dining space plus all the amenities, new and spotlessly clean with a washer/dryer & shower/bath tub. Everything you can probably think of is provided, including cooking utensils & a separate washlet toilet - even Netflix on TV! AC & WIFI work well although you can also get a SIM card at the airport vending machine to help you navigate the small streets with Google Maps: 4000 yen for 10 days unlimited data or 3500 yen for 1.2 GB over 30 days. Our double bed was comfy but quite narrow, barely any movement possible for 2 adults - manageable for us but definitely think twice if you're a bigger couple or maybe consider twin beds. Very quiet inside. Less than 15 minutes to walk to Kokusaidori 国際通り shopping street with loads of shops (24-hour Don Quijote + drugstores) & restaurants but also plenty of enticing eateries within a short walk from the condo スマートコンド泊. Naha Main Place mall サンエー那覇メインブレイス , which has Cinemas Q & Tokyu Hands + LUPICIA tea, is under 20 minutes on foot. Closest beach might be Naminoue Beach, 25 minutes on foot. It's just a 5-minute walk to Tomari Port ferry terminal とまりん where you can get to the Kerama Islands in 50 minutes (Zamami highly recommend) or Tokashiki Island in 35 minutes - best check JMA website for potential high wave warnings. About 10 minutes to walk to Miebashi monorail station to the airport or Shuri Castle. This condo is best if you're planning day trips to the surrounding islands and don't mind walking a bit to the main shopping areas. Buses are fairly convenient with stops written out in romaji/English. 40 minutes / 600-650 yen by bus to American Village from the port - lots of buses go by the stop out front. Chinese Didi app works for taxis too (70 yen per 365 m plus 560 yen for the initial 1.75 km; can pay by cash if no Chinese ID). If you are not driving, there's a Hip Hop Bus / Jumbo Tour office (M-F 9-6 or book online) 10 minutes away where you can book daytrips for under 6000 yen & the closest pickup spot is 'Okinawa Kariyushi Urban Resort Naha' 沖縄かりゆしアーバンリゾート・ナハ next to Tomarin, basically the same building, but pickup is actually closer to the park.

Location is 5 minutes walk from the monorail station (about 15 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes walk to Kokusai) with restaurants and convenience stores near by. I stayed for a night in the female dormitory. There is a flight of stairs up to the dorms but the staff kindly offered to help with it. Password is required to enter the dorm. The linens were already on the bed, which was enclosed by a curtain. There was a night lamp, electric sockets and 2 hooks in my bunk bed. A locker is provided which managed to fit my 26 inch suitcase. A towel and slippers can be found in the locker too. The shower facility was clean, with toiletries provided. Water ran hot quickly with good pressure. The common area outside the toilet had hairdryers, but the area was a tad dirty since people weren't really cleaning up after themselves. Soundproofing is non existent so this may not work if you're a light sleeper. Otherwise, I highly recommend for the good value!

We used the cabin in October at the campaign price immediately after OPEN. The building and facilities are clean because I just opened. No smoking in the building except for the smoking room in the back of the first floor. Because the trash can was small and overflowing everywhere, I pointed out through other accommodation sites, but was it improved? The building is divided into female floors, male floors, and male floors.A list band with security function is required to enter a cabin or capsule accommodation area and a large bath. However, the toilet and powder room on the same floor as the accommodation area are outside the security restriction area, so it was troublesome to bring a wristband one by one when leaving the accommodation area. This means that if you are a malicious man, you can enter the ladies' floor toilet and powder room. I'm sorry that I didn't notice these problems at the design stage. I only described the negative side so far, but the transportation was good and the overall was clean, so I am generally satisfied. In Naha, there are few accommodations with large baths at low prices, so I think I will use it again.

沖縄へは午後便利用が多く、到着が夜になります。 どうせ寝るだけだし、と毎回いろんなお手頃価格ホテルを探して予約しています。 今回も・空港からゆいレールで一駅（赤嶺駅下車）・駅から徒歩１分（雨降っててもほぼ濡れる心配はなさそう） という二点に惹かれ予約しました。 チェックイン時「予約が一杯で部屋を変更しました」とのことでセミダブル（かダブルのどちらか忘れました）からトリプルの広い部屋になり快適に過ごせました。今回はたまたま運良くアップグレードしてもらえましたが、それがなくても ・バイキング朝食が朝5時45分から（五時台からの朝食は今まで聞いたことがない） ・朝食は全く期待していなかったがそこまで広いとはいえないスペースに種類豊富なメニューが揃っていて沖縄らしいフードもあり大満足 ・パイナップルとシークワーサーのジュースがとてもおいしい（サントリー） ・ビュッフェのカレーは必ずパンと食べるがここのカレーもパンに合うのでお勧め ・朝食スタッフの方もきびきび働いている ・部屋はシンプルだが机部分は広く物を置きやすい ・ベッド幅も広い ・バスタブも意外と広い（１５０センチ台の私がゆったり入ることができる） ・なんといってもフロントの方々の親切で気持ちの良い対応（全員です） 以上の点からぜひまた泊まりたいと思わせるホテルの一つになりました。 沖縄好きの友人たちにもお勧めできるホテルです。 改善してほしい点を挙げるとすれば ・コインランドリー、製氷機などが置いてあるスペースと朝食会場入り口の暖簾はちょっと嫌です（いろんな人の頭などに触れていると思うと衛生的に） 翌朝ホテルを外から見て気づいたのですが上層階は海が見える部屋があるのですね。この部屋を指定して連泊してもいいかなと思いました。周辺の簡単な情報として ・道を挟んですぐのスーパーはクレジットカード不可 ・カード利用の場合ゆいレール沿いを徒歩十分でイオン那覇店に到着 ・お酒を買うならすぐ目の前に酒屋さんがある（沖縄らしいアルコール多数） ・マクドナルドはその隣にあるが夜の時間帯は非常に待つため部屋でネットで注文して取りに行くのが良い もちろん新しく素敵なインテリアの部屋が好きな人にはお勧めしませんが、古くても部屋の清掃がきちんとなされているので私はぜひまた泊まりたいと思いました。

We stayed her for six nights during Golden Week in Japan. One of our main reasons for choosing the hotel were: It's location - it's located at the end of Kokusaidori and the main tourist area in Naha It's amenities - lots of child friendly points such as five free nappies per day, free rental toys, large area in the reception with free sweets and soft drinks. Due to COVID measures, there was no daily room service so we had to change rooms after three days. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. The pool was nice and the staff were helpful. There are a couple of points that I think could be improved The rooms were a little worn, and could be a little freshened up. In addition there were some two coin laundry machines, but as we went during Golden Week there were constantly in use. Often, other customers would just leave their laundry in the machine for quite a long time (I waited for 30 minutes once, my wife waited for over 40 minutes). It would be great if there would be some sign or staff to advise customers to be more curtious to other customers. I noticed that there is a notice that there was another coin laundry around 5 minutes away from the hotel, but this isn't the most convenient thing to do at 23.00 in the evening. Anyway, it was a nice experience to stay here, and thanks to the Hotel Ocean staff for their hospitality.

This is an additional night that I booked after changing travel plans because of the Taiwan earthquake. We were staying in the hotel already, while I couldn’t book the same room type and worried that I had to change room, when I went to the lobby reception the staff already prepared for my additional night and updated my card keys readily so I could stay in the same room. Another point I’d like to make is that we experienced the tsunami evacuation in the morning when still in our room - the hotel announcement system works well, that’s really important. And the fact that the rooms are above 6th floor we could stay in room safely.

My husband and I enjoyed our week-long stay at this hotel.
