Rooms are very large and clean and truthfully nicely decorated! I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the furniture and the premises. Yes the hotel building looks small and the reception area is small but, everything is of premium quality with modern design. It is also designed very practically, with the restaurant on one side of the reception and Costa serving cafe on the other side. Room design/cleanliness and breakfast premises and variety are the two top important things for my travels. Cantonal gets 10/10 for both, in its class. Staff politeness and responsiveness are the second important criteria and Cantonal gets 10/10 for that, too. I don't recommend hotels easily but I can recommend Cantonal with confidence.

It’s hard to know where is a good place to stay in Riyadh. But thanks to their excellent metro system and cheap taxis you can actually stay in most areas and be connected as it is a HUGE city well spread out. This hotel was great. Very modern and a stupendous breakfast full of Saudi and world cuisines. Staff frindly and check in 24 hours which is handy when your flight arrives at 3am! Thanks for the lovely stay.

Facilities: Well-equipped, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious! Cleanliness: Generally clean, but it seems that bedding is only changed every three days unless specifically requested. Environment: The location is superb! Service: Satisfied!

Feeling pretty good! The hotel itself is quite new, and the breakfast spread is excellent. However, there aren't many dining options around, so the area isn't very bustling.

⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ Great hostel right in the center of Riyadh, which makes everything super accessible to shops, restaurants, and transportation are all just a short walk away. The common kitchen is really convenient, and I love that they offer free drinking water, coffee, and tea anytime. One thing that could be improved is the bed mattresses, as they’re starting to look a bit old. Replacing them would make the stay even more comfortable. Special mention to Paul, the supervisor - extremely friendly, professional, and genuinely smart. I even dreaming about hiring him someday to help me build a hostel empire in Europe and the Philippines because he’s really that good at what he does! Overall, a great experience with just a few things that could be improved. Would definitely stay again!

It's a 25-minute taxi ride from the airport. The front desk and staff were very nice, and the breakfast was average but adequate. The double room lacked a living room, only a set of tables and chairs, making it inconvenient for two people on a business trip to work. The closet was small, with only four hangers. The women's outfits were too many for two people, and the front desk couldn't provide more hangers. The WiFi was a bit slow, and the bathroom sink was a bit small. The most serious problem was that there was construction going on around the hotel when we checked in. Construction in Saudi Arabia usually happens at night, so it was very noisy from night to morning! The hotel's soundproofing wasn't good enough to block out the noise. I couldn't sleep well every night! If the price was around 400-500, it would be fine. We booked between 10:10 and 15:00, and the average daily rate of 900 was a bit expensive.

The price of the hotel is a bit high, the cleanliness is okay, and no one always answers the phone at the front desk. The service needs to be improved, but the surrounding facilities are relatively complete, life is more convenient, and it is very convenient to go anywhere.

Fantastic location - lots of nearby restaurants and small grocery stores, and a 7 minute walk to Sulaimaniyah metro station. The hotel was clean and the staff were polite and helpful, though the room was not routinely serviced and only upon request. Despite some of the reviews, I had no issue with the internet connection and used it regularly for browsing and video calls. The main negative aspect is the facilities - the room was very small with no window. There was no prayer mat provided and to be honest hardly enough room to pray in the room anyway (and the hotel's prayer room in the basement was like a very dirty storage room). The bathroom is a wet room, which is fine, but then the hotel should provide a squeegee mop to clear the water. Even all of this can be tolerated for the reasonable room price, but the lack of a desk or even a chair in the room makes it totally unsuitable for business travellers.
