It is said to be the most historic hotel in Savannah. Once you enter the hotel, you can feel its classical elegance. The doorman is very enthusiastic and the front desk service is very attentive. We arrived too early, the room had not been sorted out, and we specially left our phone. We noticed that we had checked in when the room came out. In the lobby and other family procedures, I also specially brought free mineral water. The room is wooden and the furniture is old furniture. Have a strong sense of art. It is worthy of being a hotel in the city of Savannah with a strong artistic atmosphere.

Better than domestic Samsung, the bedding towels are white and clean, you can ask for them at any time, that is, there is no room service after 10 o'clock, you have to throw the garbage out and change the garbage bag. Dirty towels should also be placed in the linen basket at the door, and go back to the lobby to get the towels at night. Hot coffee in the lobby has been provided free of charge, disposable paper cups, and the quality is very good. The lobby bar is enough to sit and enjoy and watch pedestrians passing by outside. Free breakfast is also ok. There are eggs and bacon, bread, coffee, juice, yogurt, cereal. Nutrition is enough. It was the young lady at the front desk who mischarged us on the day of check-in, and it was lifted after five days. We stayed for three days and came back every day if we didn't get the card to the front desk to update it, we couldn't open the door. The room is a bit narrow and cramped, especially if you bring the kitchen, it is even narrower. The bathroom has a smell of sewers, which is almost the same as the domestic Samsung. In addition, the room rate booked through Trip.com was more than 2,000 per day, and I continued to live for one day. I called the hotel directly. The price was less than 1400. Yuan can say that Savannah is worthy of the top leisure city, air tickets and hotel prices are too high. Facilities: General Hygiene: General Environment: OK, very close to the river, convenient for travel Service: acceptable, basic needs can be met.

This is an AMAZING hotel. I got a really great stay besides they did alarm test on Thursday Monday with no warning. So I wake up about 10am, LITERALLY JUMP UP OUT OF THE BAD, naked and scared almost run trough the hallway. But the AMAZING STUFF APOLOGIZED. I am sure I will stay at TRU by HILTON anywhere like my next trip I’m tomorrow to COLUMBIA. Thank you?

The hotel is located on the edge of the historic district, so it is a quick 10-15 minute walk to either River Street or even Forsyth Park. Even the standard suites are larger than most other similar properties. The beds were comfortable and the linens and towels were above average. All employees from the front desk to the breakfast servers and cleaning staff were very pleasant and friendly. Rated lower in the facility category as the outside landscaping by the sidewalks was **** filled and over grown. This really detracted from the exterior appearance. The fitness was large and has a good amount of cardio equipment but only had one, torn workout bench, no area/mats for core work and the hand weights were missing all 20lb and 25lb pairs. There should be other strength training options. The breakfast food options were presented in an attractive manner with good over all quality.

This hotel is in the suburbs and has free parking. The price is a bit expensive, it costs 1,500 yuan per night. Health, service is no problem, breakfast variety is not too much, enough to eat. The price is relatively low. Breakfast is super simple buffet. A baby cot can be added, and other beds cannot be added. The room and living room are very small. Although there is a sofa bed in the living room, there is almost no space for the living room after opening. There is a parking lot but there is an additional charge. GREAT STAFF! We were not aware of Savannah'a HUGE St Patrick's Day celebration and arrived to a city overflowing...but everyone was very helpful and made it possible for us to extend our stay. Our room was spacious and well appointed but the AC unit was very noisy and so close to the bed that we froze when it ran. The bed was comfy. The bathroom fixtures were ”loose” - needed some simple repairs and the elevator floor has some damaged tiles, but we would recommend this hotel.

The service at the front desk was excellent: friendly, polite and helpful. The rooms were better than expected. Quiet. Comfortable beds. Clean. The parking lot was on multiple levels attached to the hotel. So if you are living on the 5th floor then you could park on the 5th floor and use your room key to enter the hotel on the 5th floor. The location was ok, but not really close to any of the main attractions of Savannah. You will need to drive around 15-20 minutes to go to the main areas.

The small town of Savannah is retro and elegant, with a long history and a developed catering and tourism industry. I stayed at the BW Hotel for a week, and the neighbors all travelled with families, basically staying on a weekly basis. The breakfast is simple, with scrambled eggs, milk, coffee, sausage, waffles, yogurt, oatmeal, fruit and cakes. Parking is free, there is a swimming pool, and many people drink tea and chat in the two halls inside. The price of the hotel is reasonable, but there is no elevator. You need to carry your bag upstairs. If you live on the first floor, it doesn’t matter, the highest building is the second floor. It is very close to the air force base, and during the day you can see bombers roaring by. The front desk service attitude is very good, happy and generous. The travel brochure on the first floor has everything. I found a local restaurant with a long history, King and I Thai restaurant, and Japanese cuisine. The hotel can store luggage, take a taxi to downtown for about 15 minutes, Lyft software $12 Uber $15. There are super cheap discount stores nearby, surprise. Ask Forrest Gump for the same money; drink local coffee; chat with the chattering southerners...

It is located at the end of River Street, but it is the newest hotel in Savannah, very clean and comfortable. There is a cafe and a rooftop bar in the hotel, so there are no shops right near the hotel, but it was not inconvenient. The only downside is that there is no parking, so you have to pay for nearby public or street parking!

The hotel in the old house, the decoration style is not too love, the most like its restaurant and reception area, we booked the Chatham Earl Suite is also super stylish, the Chinese vases and Chinese paintings inside are flattering Chinese guests like us, is to carry the suitcase to climb the second floor. Although there is no meal, the hostess still provided us with a simple and nutritious breakfast, and the handsome waiter was super good. The feeling of a five-star hotel is that the cleanliness is still worse than the star hotel in terms of norms and standards. There are stains on the sheets and itchy skin when sleeping.
