During my current stay, I experienced the most stressful day of staying in this hotel. I’ve booked a room with HB package like what I always do, but this time I got it from an offer that only allow the buffet dinner. I expressed my preference for a set menu instead of the buffet option to the hotel staff at the front desk. They said it won’t be possible cause it’s offer. Which I truly understand. I informed the receptionist that we are willing to pay extra for supplement. She told me that she will call the restaurant and advise me. An hour later the restaurant call me to say that it’s only the receptionist can do that. Another call I received says its not possible. And so on, and so on… After dipping in the pool I went to the reception and spoke to different person and he said I need to pay 216 extra each if I want to get set menu. I agree with that , I said I will come back to get my phone and pay. When I come back there’s a different person that had no idea what happened, so I explained to him the situation, told him that I need to pay the supplement as per his college. As usual, he answered he will need to speak to someone. Different girl come to me, again, she said she will speak to someone. She said maybe the manager will allow me without paying extra. So I’ve waited. When she come back she said it won’t be possible, So I said please just let me pay so we can finish this. When I paid I asked for the receipt that I can show to restaurant. I told her I want to show it to the restaurant, so they won’t ask me too much question. She said system is updated and they can see that in the restaurant. (take note: she regretted to give me a receipt) . And the best part was , we went to restaurant. The receptionist can’t find my booking which I personally booked like what I always do on that place (amazing restaurant btw, that’s why I always come back there) . after standing for few mins they finally found table for us. When I asked for HB menu, the hostess says they can not give me cause we only have HB for buffet. (boom…) I told her in a calmly way “I just want to have a proper and nice dinner, can you please call the hotel reception and speak to them” then she come back with the HB menu without apologizing. As a guest, I believe it is reasonable to expect that my dietary preferences and requirements are accommodated. I didn’t ask to change my booking. I know I have to pay extra if I want my set menu. I paid for HB with buffet and also paid with my set menu. I prefer a more personalized dining experience that the buffet. The lack of clarity and responsiveness from the staffs has made it difficult for me to have my request fulfilled However, even with that experience I can honestly tell that Hotel is amazing. Even if I ALWAYS and CONSISTENTLY had a disappointing check in experience. I still recommend this if you’re looking for a hotel with a nice pool, beach and fantastic facilities. They have different restaurant inside the hotel. I have tri
