Yeah during my stay in Grand Pela hotel for 2 weeks, I really enjoy their internet connectivity which is touch not my anointing connection, no breaking or any destruction, I live stream nicely on YouTube and order social Media platform down to my meeting successfully I really enjoyed it thank you to grand Pela hotel and the IT manager. #i_will_be_back_soon

I'm writing this review as a warning to others after experiencing the worst customer service and most unprofessional treatment from Grand Pela Hotels. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue, the company has refused to refund me the ₦280,000 they owe me. I gave them a 24-hour heads up that my flight to abuja was canceled, that i won't be able to make my reservation. I brought this to the attention of the front desk staff, who promised to look into it. However, after multiple follow-ups, I was met with empty promises and excuses. I eventually spoke with the management, a lady named Justina, hoping they would take my complaint seriously. Unfortunately, they seemed more interested in deflecting responsibility than providing a resolution. They kept passing the buck, claiming that the issue was being looked into. It's been ages since I first raised the issue, and I'm still being given the runaround. The lack of accountability and transparency from Grand Pela Hotels is appalling. To anyone considering staying at Grand Pela Hotels, I urge you to think twice. The company's blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and their unwillingness to take responsibility for their mistakes make them unworthy of your business. Rating: 0/5 stars Will I ever recommend Grand Pela Hotels? Absolutely not.

Very nice and clean hotel in a convenient location. Airport is 30mts. Hospitality of staff were excellent. Meeting rooms were well equipped and tidy. Breakfast was super with multiple choices.. Rooms & bathrooms were clean and have good Internet connectins.

My stay at Grand Pela Hotel was amazing, very peaceful and rejuvenating environment . Staff at the reception were extremely polite and helpful out of the way, my check in with my family was very fast and wasn't delayed at all. the rooms were extremely neat and well arranged as well as also well appointed. The swimming pool looks amazing and I loved the music that was being played as it was of different cultures. Buffet was lovely and offers a great variety of food, the staff at the hotel were helpful when asked for help. In fact everything in the hotel was superb, because I truly enjoyed Unmatched Experience that meets international standards.

Very appalled very disappointed.. kitchen staffs had no idea what they have available… waited am hour for an order only for them to call and say it is unavailable.. no form of solution finding.. Nelson had zero customer satisfaction

During my weekend getaway with friends, a friend recommended Grand Pela Hotels and we opted for it. The receptionists were very patient with us as we were picky with our choice of room until we finally settled for one. we were offered welcome drinks and finally a porter carried our luggage to our rooms which was very cozy. I particularly enjoyed breakfast and my time at the gym. Their staff members are also very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel.

My kids refuses to go home It was home away from home The staff where accommodating and nice The food is very nice 😋 The rooms where clean Good aerobics instructor I had a beautiful experience at the pool with a nice instructor

Lovely hotel, in a conducive environment, neat environment,rooms are spacious and staffs are well trained and polite, Hall was set on time and meals delivered at agreed time Will definitely be visiting again
