Improvements: reception staff generally very helpful but one particular staff member was not forthcoming with information/recommendations for restaurants/ details regarding late check out - we were always referred to come back later/following day to reception to ask someone else; when same questions asked later to a different member of staff, they were more than happy to help with all enquiries.
Room: no ‘do not disturb’ sign available, housekeeping knocked on room at 9am every day, which woke us up; also housekeeping entering room after knocking on door without waiting for guests to respond; need some adjustments to respect privacy or guests; hotel corridors are very stuffy even in winter time

However, there are a number of issues: 1. If you choose the cheapest room, there's almost no view, the window faces the hotel interior, and the room is noisy and musty. 2. The hotel's sheets are extremely dirty, perhaps due to the high customer traffic, which may have led to poor service. It's a bit underrated for a five-star rating. This hotel in Athens offers incredible value for money, especially compared to other European hotels where prices tend to be higher.
It's conveniently located right next to a bus stop. Getting here from the airport by bus takes about an hour and costs around 5 euros, saving a lot on taxi fares. Plus, there are early morning bus services back to the airport.
The rooms are a bit older but have all the essentials.
The rooftop restaurant is a real highlight! We booked a small table in the evening, and the view of the Acropolis was absolutely stunning. From the other side, you can even spot the Olympic rings. This spot alone makes the hotel worth it. What's more, the food was surprisingly good. Towards the end of our month-long trip, we were craving something lighter and ordered the spinach salad, which was fresh and amazing. Sticking to lighter dishes kept the bill quite reasonable.
There's a decent Chinese restaurant next door, right by the bus stop, which was a nice relief from local food.
Just two blocks away is the bustling city center with tons of delicious food options. The kebabs even reminded me of my time in the UK!FromPHP 10,242

Excellent in every way!
The location is perfect - right next to the Acropolis Museum, 7mins from a subway, close to many great restaurants but still down a peaceful street not crowded with tour groups (though the busses do pass by).
The breakfast is hearty and flavourful. It fueled us till well into the afternoon.
The staff were all friendly and helpful.
And the rooftop restaurant has a view that few can match. If you want to have a relaxed yet romantic dinner this would be a great option. (but book in advance unless you just want a drink)
The jacuzzi on the 4th floor was a treat after a long day of walking.
It's worth noting that the cheaper rooms only have a window into the courtyard, so upgrade if you want the balcony looking onto the Acropolis. That said, the room was still very comfy with enough space for our two large suitcases - and there are places to get the view as mentioned above.

The staff in the hotel are extremely lovely and they try their best to make the trip as enjoyable as possible. Matina is wonderful and just brings a smile to my face everytime I enter and exit the hotel. Elina was so kind to extend my checkout time despite the hotel being fully booked. The strange decoration and the noise on the street (many motorcycles on the street) and the service are really not worth the price of nearly 4k per night. It's like a normal four-star hotel.

It is close to the city, but you have to walk to it along the road for a few minutes. In general, this is not a problem, but if you want to rent in the center, you should look for another option.
Instead of a double bed, there were two single beds, which is very inconvenient. They constantly moved apart, and the pillows are so thin that after the second night our necks really hurt.

The biggest advantage of this hotel is that it is in a good location, very close to the Ferra station, and there is a big supermarket opposite, the price is cheap, you can replenish mineral water and snacks at any time. Lucky they had one more room available. The room was dated, with a bed that felt like I was sleeping on a board. Got none. On the plus side, the owner is a nice old fella and the view is rad. The view of the veranda with only Corinth was awesome. The bed, bathroom and room size were all satisfactory.
However, I arrived before 11 am because I was able to store my luggage 24 hours a day, but the front desk of the hotel was closed, and I was very anxious because I had to carry my suitcase in the car without leaving my luggage.
The hotel door opened at 2:30 p.m., and the road down to the underground parking lot was very narrow and the slope was rushed, so I was afraid, but the parking lot itself was spacious.
Welcome drink was brought to the room, apple juice.
The room is not ready for water, so you have to buy it.
Hotel breakfast was discounted and given 9 euros per person, but I didn't eat it.
The English of the desk staff was very fast and pronunciation (Greek English pronunciation?) was difficult to understand. (Although I'm not good)

The room is small and the facilities are a bit old, but the whole is still relatively clean. Hotel manager Thanos had some fascinating smiles and professional service awareness, because the booked room type for some reason before the tenant did not check out, so we upgraded our better room for free. The manager showed us three room types and let us choose for ourselves.
The hotel's restaurants are some very professional products, not losing to other restaurants outside. There is a very large outdoor pool, where many people swim in the sun during the day.
The hotel also offers free pick-up and drop-off service, no matter how you get to the island, they will pick you up.

A very good hotel, the staff are very friendly and welcoming, especially Raymond, who is a driver or a porter, especially warm and busy, can't rest, drive, and take luggage. We booked 2 baht, but because the hotel was booked separately, the hotel could not give the same room. I was also very surprised. However, I was given a free upgrade to the Honeymoon Suite on the first night, which is very good! There is a Bluetooth stereo, the balcony has a jacuzzi, and it is the sea. Compared to the second one, it is not so high-end, but it will sleep for one night. Not enough words can be said about this man he sincerely can not do enough for you, we have never experimented service like it.
We were so happy and enjoyed our stay that we extended by an extra night, the hotel gave us a cheaper rate than we could find online and also upgraded our room (our original room was incredible) to a room with a jacuzzi on the balcony!!
This will be the only hotel we stay at in mykonos, couldn’t recommend enough we have told all our family, friends and colleagues the same.

The hotel is a little gem given the location is close to town and is very clean. My room is spacious and has a side seaview while some rooms have a full seaview but I could still enjoy the amazing sunset from the balcony. Staff were very nice and friendly, the pool area is very relaxing and comfortable to spend the day. - first level rooms are small, without any great features
- breakfast variety was very poor and buffet difficult to navigate (still didn’t find cold milk after 5 days, only one choice of hot dish - a local pie with strong cheese in, only one / two choices of cakes)
- some smell in the room from the toilet pipe and one recurring issue with safe loosing its power
