The hotel room was really clean and decent sized but felt that there could be a bit more hooks to hang face towel and clothings for bathing. The hotel's sheets are extremely dirty, perhaps due to the high customer traffic, which may have led to poor service. It's a bit underrated for a five-star rating. Plus, the infinity pool on the rooftop is perfect for photos! Probably because there are so many guests (and many rooms), after calling the front desk, service takes a long time to arrive (sometimes I even had to directly ask a housekeeper in the hallway for what I needed). The room facilities are quite old. Around noon, the front desk gets swamped with guests checking out. Absolutely fantastic! The breakfast was amazing, especially the super sweet fruit – the kiwi and mango were already peeled, which was a nice touch. The desserts were delicious too. The bathroom counter was huge, perfect for women. My room had a small desk right by the window, from which I could watch the changing of the guard at Syntagma Square. I stayed for 4 nights and really enjoyed sitting there and reading. Being so close to Syntagma Square, the X95 airport bus stop is just a 2-3 minute walk away, about 200 meters. The path is flat with no inclines or declines, making it easy to manage with luggage. All the major attractions are within walking distance. Across the street is the National Garden, and there's a metro station nearby – incredibly convenient! The rooftop cafe and balcony offer stunning views of the Acropolis, the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, and the Parliament building. I even spent New Year's Eve on the rooftop watching the fireworks. Excellent in every way!
The location is perfect - right next to the Acropolis Museum, 7mins from a subway, close to many great restaurants but still down a peaceful street not crowded with tour groups (though the busses do pass by).
The breakfast is hearty and flavourful. It fueled us till well into the afternoon.
The staff were all friendly and helpful.
And the rooftop restaurant has a view that few can match. If you want to have a relaxed yet romantic dinner this would be a great option. (but book in advance unless you just want a drink)
The jacuzzi on the 4th floor was a treat after a long day of walking.
It's worth noting that the cheaper rooms only have a window into the courtyard, so upgrade if you want the balcony looking onto the Acropolis. That said, the room was still very comfy with enough space for our two large suitcases - and there are places to get the view as mentioned above.

Located in the heart of Athens between Akropolis and Syntagma Square it is in a perfect location to cultural explore, go for shopping as well as arrange business meetings. Many restaurants and coffee places, all in walking distance. Main reason to choose Elia Ermou was the room size as it is 20+ sqm, and it has a parking garage in the same building. Further to mention is the nice roof top restaurant in the 7th floor with terrace and Akropolis view. One minor issue to mention is if a little more silence is required a room on the higher floors and not on the Ermou side might be the better choice…

The staff in the hotel are extremely lovely and they try their best to make the trip as enjoyable as possible. Matina is wonderful and just brings a smile to my face everytime I enter and exit the hotel. Elina was so kind to extend my checkout time despite the hotel being fully booked. Last but not least, the breakfast staff were so patient and always polite and lovely.

The strange decoration and the noise on the street (many motorcycles on the street) and the service are really not worth the price of nearly 4k per night. It's like a normal four-star hotel.

Nice hotel. We stayed for 4 days. It is a very professional four-star hotel that can help you solve everything you need. The location is also good in the city center, close to Constitution Square and convenient to go everywhere; the breakfast is also very good and the variety is rich. The rooms are relatively small, but the bathroom area is relatively large, and there is also a bathtub. The room is equipped with water heater, hair dryer and disposable slippers. The pool is nice, the location is in the middle of the island so far and close to everywhere. But theres a bus station a minute from the hotel and also other options to eat around, if yu dont wanna eat in the hotel. I had checkin in the morning and they offer me to leave my luggage on the hotel cause my flght was in the night and before going to airport they gave me towel and soap for a shower after all the day out. It is close to the city, but you have to walk to it along the road for a few minutes. In general, this is not a problem, but if you want to rent in the center, you should look for another option.
Instead of a double bed, there were two single beds, which is very inconvenient. They constantly moved apart, and the pillows are so thin that after the second night our necks really hurt.

The biggest advantage of this hotel is that it is in a good location, very close to the Ferra station, and there is a big supermarket opposite, the price is cheap, you can replenish mineral water and snacks at any time. There where a lot of coach tours staying at the hotel so we avoided early breakfast and the dinner buffet, sadly their food is the only blot to a perfect stay - we ordered dinner from the limited menu….chicken (I think it was chicken loaf) pasta and carbonara spaghetti both meals were disappointing, cold, tasteless and obviously straight off the buffet. There where a lot of coach tours staying at the hotel so we avoided early breakfast and the dinner buffet, sadly their food is the only blot to a perfect stay - we ordered dinner from the limited menu….chicken (I think it was chicken loaf) pasta and carbonara spaghetti both meals were disappointing, cold, tasteless and obviously straight off the buffet. Hotel manager Thanos had some fascinating smiles and professional service awareness, because the booked room type for some reason before the tenant did not check out, so we upgraded our better room for free. The manager showed us three room types and let us choose for ourselves.
The hotel's restaurants are some very professional products, not losing to other restaurants outside. There is a very large outdoor pool, where many people swim in the sun during the day.
The hotel also offers free pick-up and drop-off service, no matter how you get to the island, they will pick you up.

A very good hotel, the staff are very friendly and welcoming, especially Raymond, who is a driver or a porter, especially warm and busy, can't rest, drive, and take luggage. We booked 2 baht, but because the hotel was booked separately, the hotel could not give the same room. I was also very surprised. Special thanks to the reception staff who are available 24/7 via what’s app to book taxis arrange items needed to be brought to the room nothing is a problem, Extra special thanks to Costas the F&B manager. Not enough words can be said about this man he sincerely can not do enough for you, we have never experimented service like it.
We were so happy and enjoyed our stay that we extended by an extra night, the hotel gave us a cheaper rate than we could find online and also upgraded our room (our original room was incredible) to a room with a jacuzzi on the balcony!!
This will be the only hotel we stay at in mykonos, couldn’t recommend enough we have told all our family, friends and colleagues the same.
