Staff - So welcoming w, attentive ,speaking English very well,Always smiling, try to do their best according to your needs. Hotel - Smells good always, clean always, provide all the basic things such as tooth brush, shaver, cap, comb, hair dryer, shampoo, body wash, hair conditioner, body lotion, eye mask, tea and coffee bags. Location -was very good in the middle. Most of the attraction places very nearby such as sapporo tv tower, sapporo clock tower, odor park, near to JR Sapporo station too. Breakfast - not many choices but still can eat.I think they must have some variety of food and menu. Tours - If you book a tour from klook.com they will come and fetch you from the main lobby of hotel. It makes us felt convenient. JR Sapporo station nearby around 450m - walking distance. You can reach to this hotel from new chitose airport taking a subway around 45min.Its also cheaper around 1150 Yen per person.Once you reach JR Sapporo station ,you can walk using your Google map or you may use Go Taxi app to book a taxi if you felt you have a lot of luggage it will cost 770 Yen. We enjoy and love our stay at Ana crown plaza hotel. Will stay here next time when we come back to Sapporo.Recomended.Thank you so much for your wonderfull service.🥰

We recently stayed at the Grand Mercury in Sapporo and had a generally positive experience. The hotel's location is very strategic, allowing easy access to various attractions in the city. One of the major perks was the free parking, which added significant convenience to our stay. The room size was quite large, providing ample space for our kids to run around, which was a big plus for us. Additionally, the location is pretty quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. While the hotel was fairly clean, it wasn't spotless. I'd give the cleanliness a rating of about 8 out of 10. The service was okay, with many self-service options available, which might suit some guests more than others. Overall, the Grand Mercury is a good choice if you're looking for a convenient location, spacious rooms, and free parking in Sapporo.

I recently stayed at the Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo for three nights in a Standard Family Room on the 7th floor and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The room comfortably accommodated our group of four, and we were pleasantly surprised to find two separate bathrooms with bathtubs, which added a significant level of convenience for our family. While the room did not offer any particular views, the value for money was undeniable. The hotel's buffet spread was another highlight of our stay. With a wide variety of options, it catered well to different tastes and preferences, ensuring a satisfying start to each day. A couple of logistical aspects made our stay even more seamless. We were able to return our rental car directly at the hotel, having rented from Toyota Rent-a-Car. This saved us a lot of time and hassle. Additionally, we utilized the Airport Bus service from the hotel, purchasing tickets easily at the front desk on the day of our departure. This convenience allowed us to relax and enjoy our last moments in Sapporo without any stress. One of the most impressive aspects of our stay was the excellent service. We had purchased quite a bit of chocolate from the Royce Chocolate Factory, and the hotel staff went above and beyond by accepting and storing our delivery until we arrived a day or two later. This level of service truly enhanced our experience. The hotel's location is another significant advantage. It is about a 10-minute walk from Sapporo Station, making it very accessible. For those interested in exploring local shopping areas, Tanuki Koji is a manageable 30-minute walk away. Overall, the Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo offers excellent value for money with its well-appointed rooms, great amenities, convenient location, and outstanding service. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sapporo.

This is my second time staying in this hotel. Location is second to none, just grab your bags and head straight to airport from the train station just right next to it. However, one draw back is that my room is facing the train tracks and expect excruciating noises until midnight. The bathroom could have been more cleaner as I found some body hair in the bath tub just right after I get into the room.  A bonus from this hotel: a small fee allowing you to access in door onsen, and then there is a stand serving milk and popsicles until 10:30pm. Coming out hot from the onsen with cold full cream milk, divine relaxation! Tips future traveler : request a room that is away from the tracks

An Exceptional Stay at Sapporo Grand Hotel I had the pleasure of staying at the Sapporo Grand Hotel recently, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The location is perfect—centrally located, making it easy to explore all the major attractions of Sapporo. The hotel is only a short walk from Odori Park and Sapporo Station, which is a major convenience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the professionalism and warmth of the staff. The check-in process was smooth, and I appreciated the helpful staff who were eager to assist with any questions or requests. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities—such as the high-quality toiletries and a well-stocked minibar—really enhanced my stay. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches like a coffee machine and a cozy lounge area in the room. Dining at the hotel was another highlight. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, from traditional Japanese dishes to Western favorites. I also had dinner at one of the hotel’s restaurants, and the food was top-notch, with an impressive selection of fresh, high-quality ingredients. The hotel facilities were also excellent. The fitness center was well-equipped, and the on-site spa provided a relaxing way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Sapporo. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, the Sapporo Grand Hotel provides a combination of comfort, convenience, and outstanding service. Highly recommended!

This hotel is around 30 mins away from CTS airport by rapid train. The best part of this hotel is it’s location. It’s just 3 mins walk away from the JR. Sapporo station( West exit) and the size room is a bit bigger than usual Japanese hotels. The Daimaru department store and shopping mall are also within 3 mins walk from the hotel.

Great room for a great price in a great location! Super convenient to be right next to Sapporo station for a short trip in and out of Sapporo. The staff was super friendly and accommodating during check in and check out. The double twin room was bigger than a typical ekimae hotel. I would stay again next I’m in Sapporo and assuming the prices are the same.

We stayed in a triple room. There was a extra rolling bed in addition to two twin beds. So, the space available was very limited but we still managed to tidy our three big suitcases. Staff were nice and helpful. The breakfast was great, with wide variety of choices, all the attractive local dishes were there, namely sashimi rice bowl, soup curry garaku, Japanese BBQ Yakiniku, soup ramen, cream puff, ice-cream...The free lobby drinks was also an extra bonus but it would be perfect if they could also provide in-room coffee or tea.

Checked in on 2023/12. The location is a short walk away from the downtown area. The hotel should have been built in the early days. The lobby space is great and the hotel room is also very spacious. However, it is probably an older hotel, so it has a slightly trendy feel. Because it is in line with the bus attractions for Asahikawa one-day tour, there are still a lot of tourists staying there. Overall, it is a clean and tidy hotel that can be used with a tour bus.

We stayed in this hotel for 2d1n as a couple. The room was small, but big enough for us to lay our luggage out to pack. The best part about this hotel is the location, which is super near to the Susukino district which is famous for shopping, bars, clubs, etc. It is a short walk from the famous Ramen alley and shopping street stretch as well. We had a comfortable stay, and the reception was very helpful. Overall a pleasant and fuss-free experience.

Stayed 3 nights at this lovely hotel that only takes 2mins walk to Sapporo Central Station, which is also a Mega Mall. Plenty to shop and eat! Just alight at Sapporo Station via the green or blue lines using exit 17 (which takes another 5-10mins walk upon exiting the line). Then, turn left and cross a traffic light upon exiting 17 with the hotel on your left! Very efficient check in/out with helpful staff that speaks English; clean room which the size is just fine for 2 adult with 2 big luggage; nice bathroom with a sitting bathtub; love the amenities that are also made available at the lobby; and the free coffee, too. Also, the self-laundry room at the lobby is a saver! Shall return to the hotel again in our next trip to Sapporo and highly recommend this good and affordable boutique hotel!

It was safe even if it rained because there was a building ”Japan life Sapporo building” with the entrance and exit of the underground passage at a distance of less than 1 minute walk from Sapporo Station. The hotel room is clean and spacious 々, the hotel has a dripping coffee with the tea of the serving building in the room for the first time. I had a morning ... I regret that the seafood bowl was delicious and delicious and I should have eaten the seafood bowl before eating other dishes and then go to take other dishes. It was so delicious that I felt like I didn't have to go to Nijo market to eat seafood bowls. The public bath was also very beautiful, and the staff was in and out at a considerable frequency, so it was easy to speak when I was in trouble. The shampoo and conditioner in the public bath thought it was the taste of the trip, and it was hit this time! When I checked at the morning bath, I am considering the ”probancia” of the pelican soap now! I left my luggage when I checked out for a walk in Sapporo, but it was convenient for the self locker type that the cloak chose and stored the password number by itself in another room. I was satisfied with everything. I think I can go to Sapporo again or go to Solaria in another travel destination. I will add a nice smile of the word. I will go to stay again.

The hotel was one step up from a regular budget business hotel. It had a public bath which was a plus - keep in mind it does get quite crowded around 8pm so if you want to be able to shower and use the facilities without being crowded, try get in before then or go late in the night. The room was clean and spacious - but had a weird design with the curtains - remember to look behind the white curtains and pull down the blinds if you don’t want people looking in. The location is close to Sapporo station which is very helpful to go anywhere and do meetups with tour groups. Their breakfast is also affordable and had a extensive local cuisine buffet.

Best Time to Visit for Tranquil Vibe

Hate elbowing through crowds to snap a photo or waiting in line for hours? Then you’ll love Japan in its quieter moments. Late May to early June and late October to November are golden times to visit. Imagine this: strolling through Kyoto’s tranquil temples without selfie sticks popping into your frame or wandering Tokyo’s busy streets without dodging a sea of people. Wonderful, right?

Lovely clean hotel a short walk (or free shuttle) to kyoto station). All was good. Very fast wifi and comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast either downstairs or in the revolving restaurant. The only oddity was the swimming pool and gym which had restricted usage hours and required payment on top! Was not worth it and even if it was the unusual hours of operation made it unfeasible. The hotel rooms are Japanese style, with a quaint aesthetic, and the facilities are clean and tidy. The most commendable thing is that the beauty inside the room and the scenery outside the window complement each other, making people intoxicated... Here you will really sigh how perfect and touching the combination of natural beauty and artificial beauty can be. May is the season for maple trees to bloom. The green maple leaves outside the window, with little red maple flowers, are already fascinating. If the maple trees are full of red in autumn, the ultimate beauty will be breathtaking. The service of the hotel is very good. The service staff are very kind and polite, making you feel at home. In particular, the breakfast is delivered to the room and put on a table. It is very rich and unique, and you can enjoy the food while looking at the beautiful scenery outside the window. Although this hotel is expensive, it is worth staying several times in different seasons for those who want to explore the natural beauty of Kyoto and the beauty of Japanese tradition, for those who look forward to the ultimate aesthetic feeling of residence, and for those who like a quiet paradise.

Best Time to Visit for Good Weather

Okay, let’s then talk about weather! Japan’s spring (March to May) and autumn (September to November) are the golden times for some intimacy with nature .

Spring isn’t just about cherry blossoms. The mild temperatures, gentle breeze and clear skies are all refreshing. Just think about hanami picnics under blooming sakura trees and hikes through lush green trails.

Best Time to Visit Japan for Good Weather

Autumn is equally breathtaking. Japan’s mountains, parks, and gardens turn into a canvas of gold, crimson, and amber. Whether you’re strolling through Tokyo’s Rikugien Garden or hiking Mount Takao, you’ll feel like you’re inside a postcard.

Take an autumn walk in this historical park. It retains many garden landscapes built in Edo period. Seasonal flowers and plants are dotted around, esp the autumn red leaves, making it hard to distinguish the scene ahead is real or an oil painting.

I recently stayed at the Hotel Gracery Ginza in Tokyo and had a delightful experience. I booked two rooms: a double and a triple. While the double room was indeed very small, this was the only drawback of an otherwise excellent stay. The rooms were reasonably clean and well-maintained. The hotel offers a cosy lounge in the lobby where guests can enjoy complimentary coffee, tea, and juice, which was a lovely touch. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries or needs. Best of all, the hotel provides ice, warm and cold water, and vending machines on every floor, adding to the convenience and comfort of the stay. The location of the hotel is fantastic, being very well connected with many different train lines. All the train stations are within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient to explore Tokyo. Situated right in the middle of Ginza, the hotel is surrounded by a plethora of shopping options, from luxury brands to popular street brands and local favourites like Uniqlo, GU, and Muji. Don Don Donki, a popular store, is open until 4am, which is perfect for late-night shopping. Additionally, on weekends, the main road in Ginza is closed to vehicles, allowing pedestrians to enjoy a leisurely stroll. Overall, despite the small size of the double room, I highly recommend Hotel Gracery Ginza for its excellent location, friendly staff, and comfortable amenities. But a guy came down to the ladies level to use the dryer (all the ladies were staring down at him, but he seems oblivious or pretend not to care). It was raining during the period of my stay. The reception was able to loan out umbrella! Great service! Room was small but sufficient for 1 pax. It’s Japan, I adapt. All in all, great place to stay in. Will definitely be back in the future!

It still exists like a top hotel, and the service is still very particular. Whether it is the sheng performance in the lobby or the sake tasting, it is very cultural. The room, light settings, bed, pillows, internet, washroom and bathroom are all still as good. What cannot be corrected is the drop-off area. Due to the construction, the car cannot reach the door. Thanks to the good day I came, it was sunny. If it is windy or raining, it will be a bit troublesome. In addition, the indescribable feeling is that the service is not as good as before, and the dazzling array of snacks on the table in the rest area are gone and empty.

This was our second trip to Japan within the past 5 years. Previously, we stayed at a budget hotel which was cramped and small compared to American hotels. For this reason, we decided to splurge and I'm so glad we did. Splurge on the deluxe room if you value space and comfort. It not only made a huge difference, but it made our stay even better. The deluxe room comes with a walk- in closet, huge bathroom, and the room itself was big enough for a King bed and sitting area with a couch and chair. The staff provided excellent customer service at all times. The hotel is not that close to a train station so be wary of that, especially if you have heavy luggage. Also, this hotel is huge and navigating it takes time before you know where to go and how to get to the area's local restaurants and train stations. The hotel grounds have a beautiful Japanese garden with waterfall which rivals some parks. The only criticism I have about our stay is dining. As do all hotels, this one charges a huge price to dine on-site. You have access to local restaurants that are within walking distance for half the price. If you want to save money do a little research online and dine off-site. There are plenty of options around the area.

The room is clean and neat. Although slightly smaller in space but just nice for two of us. understandable because of the location. It located near to the town, near to hibiya line and convenient to travel to famous place like ginza, shibuya, etc. Checkin and out is easy. It will be great if there is plain water dispenser in the lobby (tap water is drinkable and kettle is provided to boil it.) There is public washing machine (i remember is a coin washing machine) that you can wash your clothes and you can also monitor the washing machine status from the TV in your room which is quite convenient as well.

I booked it because it was my birthday. I told you in advance. I was grateful to upgrade the room for consideration. The room is not big, but it was new and clean. Only shower booth, no bathtub, but the room is made large. It may be for young people and foreigners who often finish it in the shower. 1F The lounge had detox water, tea 24 hours, and other juices were also enjoyed at a fee. It's a little far from the center of Ginza, but it's quiet. I can't see the view, but I felt that there was a lounge space with green on the rooftop and it was well devised. I was very happy to see youtube and Netflix on the TV in the room. I was able to enjoy the movie in a movie theater atmosphere by darkening the room. Compared to the surrounding hotels, the price is cheap, but I thought that the cospa was very good overall, such as free drinks, lounges and room cleanliness. Thank you for your care. Thank you!

This hotel was actually a nice little surprise in our trip. If you are stopping by American Village / Chatan area and are able to stay at a location a little bit off the main area, we highly recommend this hotel. The building is fairly new, rooms are spacious, ample parking w a convenience store right next to the building, located only 10mins from American Village. Best of all is the price which is way reasonable than 99% of the hotels we searched and considered.

Nice view, great customer service and other services including rental car, shuttle bus between airport and the hotel, rides between its parking lots and the hotel , and 12pm check out time. There was mold on the bathroom wall, moss on pool side wall and roof of pool room looked old with black stains . I heard people talking on the hallway very clearly from a room so I was careful being quiet walking with my kids on the hallway.
The elevator closes quickly and no motion detect sensor so had to be careful. When my kids got off from the elevator before me, the door closed when I tried to get off. I pressed the “open” button but it didn’t work and took me to another floor level…fortunately, my kids were still waiting for me when I went back to them.
There wasn’t much Okinawan dish in the Buffet except breakfast. Lunch and Dinner were same menus. Driving street by the hotel isn’t easy for beginner drivers….streets are narrow and many blinds spot. Be careful driving around the neighbourhood. However, customers service was outstanding, and it was all good experience with the reasonable price. In addition, it was hard to get taxis in rural areas in Okinawa. It seems they have cut off numbers of taxis since Covid has happened. Staffs by the front door can help for calling taxes if you are riding from hotel.

1. The hotel adopts no reception, you must check in by yourself. If you have any questions, you can press the contact number on the tablet panel. You can talk to the service staff to help check in if you need to speak English or Japanese. The car is parked in the parking lot in front of the second floor for free. The parking lot is very large. We only have four cars when we check in, including our vehicles. If there is no self-driving, the traffic is a bit inconvenient. 2. The location is halfway up the mountain, there are many motels or daily rental suites nearby, I don’t know why I feel very empty, and I don’t feel very comfortable on safety concerns. 3. The room environment is the same as the photo. The room range is super large. The baby is very happy to run around, but it is also very happy to hit. The room lighting is dim, personally feel that the sight line is poor, the remote control is super insensitive, and it is difficult to switch or shut down. 4. During the stay, no one will remove the garbage, and you have to find a way by yourself or put it in the check-out. 5. Basic spare parts are available. The room is located at the highest point, so it is very convenient to open the window to watch the sunrise or sunset.

GW stayed for a couple + wandering 2 nights. The room has a large terrace on the first floor. The pet room was a room called orange Lanai, and the next door seemed to have a wandering. It was convenient to go for a walk, not to have a staircase on the parking lot side, but to go out immediately from the side. I didn't meet any staff or guests except for reception at the front desk at check-in, and it was perfect at this time. The location is not good, but this trip was the main role of the dog, so it was good to choose this one thanks to a large terrace. There was a large gauge in the room. The pet relationship is only gauge and toilet seat, so you need to put a hood. The attached image is 2 people BBQ. The room is clean and the bathroom is very large. I saw that the location was difficult to understand by other word of mouth, but I came to Google Map on my smartphone. I would like to use it again.

It was made like a renovation of an old love hotel. It's neither good nor bad. At night, you have to unlock the entrance and exit yourself, so you should tell me how to do it in advance. The disgusting point was that the walls were thin and I was worried about the sound of people walking in the aisle.

It was cheap in Okinawa until now, but I hesitated to stay in many old hotels, but this is new and convenient location. Because it is close to the main street, the taxi is picked up immediately, and there are many places to eat, and 3 minutes walk to the supermarket. I think it is very unique to choose your favorite pillows with a microwave oven and a kind of pillow 々 on the side of the elevator on each floor. The hotel itself is small, more for business than for family and sightseeing purposes, and free bread and coffee are provided in the morning. The cleaning was well done to the corner 々, and the friendly staff were pleasant with a smile and a smile every time they met. Amenities that can be received every day for women are full of good value for money, and only happy things for tired bodies.

The Crown Hotel is an Excellent option for lodging. It is a convenient commute by car to Kadena Air Base and Camp Foster. The Japanese Inn is clean, the front desk staff is friendly and capable, and the rooms are spacious. Parking is free and convenient. The WiFi worked well, and the quiet atmosphere was conducive to rest and work. Dishes prepared and served at the restaurant were tasty but straightforward and delivered quickly. The restaurant offered various selections, but the best bets were the Okinawan and Japanese specialties such as the soba. The local draft Orion beer paired well with the local cuisine and was served cold and delicious.

Breakfast Japanese cuisine is usually Japanese. The front desk does not understand Chinese or English. In the residential area, there are not many restaurants around, but you can eat in the hotel. There are not many dishes, Japanese cuisine, and the price is not expensive. I stayed without meals. I arrived by taxi late at night from Tedako Urasai Station. There is also a convenience store on the side, which is convenient, and according to the hotel, there is a lunch box and a lunch box if you walk a little. The front desk is kind and kind. The taxi driver and the front desk also told me that corona is quite popular in Okinawa, and they recommended me to wear a mask (it was a place to be alert). The room was also disinfected and used conveniently. At check-in, the room was air-conditioned off and it smelled fishy, but the temperature control of the shower in the bath was easy and the water pressure was just right, so it was very comfortable! !! When I tried to ventilate a little, I thought the window was too heavy to open and would fall off. The room was facing the street, so even if I closed the window, the sound of the car in the early morning was so loud that I woke up vaguely. The room was comfortable. The room had a set of coffee (up to cleaning powder), which was a nice service! There were many clothes hanging places and multiple hangers, which was convenient! I accidentally forgot the charging plug and was able to borrow it.

There is a rainy season in Tokyo, which typically lasts from early June to mid-July.There are several peak tourist seasons in Tokyo when visitors should expect large crowds and high prices. First is the end of March to early April when cherry blossoms are in full bloom, then again in the Golden Week (end of April to the first week of May) when a number of holidays mean locals flock to Tokyo and all scenic areas to celebrate. The same is for Fall when crowds gather for the vibrant foliage. Besides the weeks between Christmas and New Year, traveling during the off-season (late autumn through March) can save you a bundle.
