Very annoying management that focus on money and not the customer. I booked a room from Port harcourt. At the airport , their customer care called me that they want to give the room to someone else. I was like, hold on , I’m on my way to Abuja in the next hour, that I have booked the room already. On arriving Abuja, I booked a taxi to the hotel, along the way my instinct told me to just call first, I called their customer care and just imagine what she told me. She said that there was a plumbing work going on in the room I booked that they don’t know when it will be over. Just imagine. They gave the room I booked to someone else and lied that the room was under going plumbing work. I had to divert the taxi to another location and ended up paying double transport fare. It was really a bad treatment on me from this hotel. If it was possible not to give them any star rating I would have done it. I wouldn’t advice anyone to go to this hotel.
