Hotel website says $50 pet deposit, charging everyone $100 pet deposit! Is desk clerk skimming off the top of these deposits? Evening desk clerk refused to honor what the website said, and he had an unhelpful attitude. We also had to leave a day earlier than expected, and the same clerk seemed put out that he had to adjust our Hilton Honor points accordingly. Room was clean but in poor shape. Floor tiles coming lose in room foyer and bathroom, toilet paper holder broken, a/c noisy, etc. Not the kind of quality stay and service I would expect from a Hilton owned hotel!

The best was very comfortable and we slept really well. The room was kept nice, and we had a great time staying at your hotel.

Breakfast is good, there is a parking lot, and Wi-Fi is fast. However, the restaurant is closed due to the epidemic. You can only solve it by yourself at a nearby restaurant. The outlet is 50 meters away, which is convenient for shopping. Very quiet, the room near the high speed is somewhat noisy!
