This a lovely hotel in a perfect location - in the middle of the city but very quiet and relaxing. Parking is very convenient in the hotel car park. Very nice and helpful staff. Excellent buffet breakfast. Comfortable and well appointed room.

This hotel is a disaster. Avoid the restaurant at all costs, and don't believe the chef's writeup on the hotel's webpage; it's all hogwash. This guy doesn't know what he's doing. We were in France for two months and the dinner we were served, but could not eat, was the worst dinner of the entire trip. For starters, the gazpacho they served us was FERMENTING. The red wine was nearly vinegar, and they refused to take if off the bill when we sent it back. Hotel staff refused to make any adjustments to our bill for the dinner we didn't eat. There are some good hotels in Agen, this is not one of them.

1ere expérience dans cet établissement en plein centre d Agen. J avais l habitude d aller à l ibis, mais vu l état déplorable de cet hôtel j ai du changer de cremerie. Localisation au top, à 2 pas de la gare, sur le boulevard et face à la poste. L accueil pourrait être plus chaleureux. Chambre extrêmement propres, rénovées et fonctionnelles. Petit déjeuner tout à fait convenable. Enfin un hôtel confortable à Agen.

Accueil très désagréable . Obliger de défaire nos valises sur le trottoir. Car les emplacements réservés à cet effet devant l’hôtel était en permanence occupés.Se permettant aussi arrondir la facture à son avantage protestant le manque de monnaie. La chambre reste spacieuse et correcte.

Hôtel très correcte très bien situé avec un personnel de qualité et attentif, du stationnement très proche et des chambres très bien insonorisées équipées de la climatisation réglable par ses occupants, les serviettes sont nombreuses, le lit grand et très confortable et la chambre très propre

Bon rapport qualité-prix. Emplacement intéressant. Personnel agréable. Chambre pas très grande, mais fonctionnelle, moderne et propre. Bonne literie. Histoire de dire que tout n est pas parfait, une bouilloire dans la chambre serait la bienvenue.
