Indoor pool the water was old the hot tub doesn’t work breakfast was bad

I made my reservation and prepaid online but they would not let me check in for 20 mins. until it showed up in their computer system even though I should them emails/vouchers that confirmed all my details. Then they said it did not include a mandatory Covid cleaning fee of $6.00! The next morning the ice machine didn’t have any ice and the only 2 items for breakfast was waffles or cereal. I would stayed at this type of hotel again!

Everything you touch is falling apart. The refrigerator was even able to open. They charged additional $8 for cleaning fees. But they don't even clean the room.

This hotel needs some work and TLC. The bathroom shower area needs repair and there was a hole in the bathroom wall. Lightbulbs were missing from the lamps. Outside door needs repair as light and air easily pass through the edges of the door. Question the cleaning of rooms when we found a rotisserie chicken that was left in the microwave.

Horrible staff. Unexpected "clean the room" fee. Demanded a $100 cash deposit. Old Furniture/beds. Cracked sink. Dirty bedding

Our handicapped room had recent new carpeting. Some lights were not plugged in, telephone was not reconnected, television coax was not reconnected properly. My wife and I (handicapped seniors) had to move the heavy tv and armoir away from the wall to reconnect the coax to the wall outlet.
The bath tub water valve has a tremendous water leak which sprays water past the shower curtain and has caused wall tile damage near the side of tub. The shower head was not connected properly and that sprayed more water on the floor. We repaired that ourselves.
The 110 volt receptacle at the head end of the mattress was damaged in the past and needs repair.

Our initial room, next to the office, reeked of pot smoke! Moved us to renovation area so we woke up to carpet and tack ***** being ripped up in room above us. Pretty ghetto, never again.

Lots of traffic in and out kinda like a ************ home. Heater would work then only throw cold air. Lots of stains all over the sheets. Bathroom wall peeling. Plugs were lose on the wall.

Quick Family Trip, had appointments schedule early. The location was near our appointment location. Along with having an indoor pool was our choice to book.
Rooms were clean and fair. Area/Location seemed fair, was a dark parking lot. Kind of felt unease but it was fine.
Kids enjoyed the pool(not tub not working) and waffles for breakfast
