Chambre 1217 Du 2 au 6 octobre Un grand remerciements à tous le personnel de l'hôtel vraiment la qualité la perfection et le savoir faire Ms rami et ms aziz à la réception et les autres réceptionniste que je ne connais pas leur prénom sont perfectionniste accueil avec le sourire sérieux dans leur travail Un grand merci à la femme de chambre Mme sadjia une femme discrète et très gentille la chambre était parfaite propre et spacieuse rien à dire. En plus les boissons du mini bar sont offerte une bouteille d'eau minéral et deux jus de fruit aucun hôtel n'offre cette prestation gratuitement. Encore merci. L'emplacement de l'hôtel se trouve dans un cartier populaire mais calme seul bémol la station de métro avec la chaleur semblait loin L'hôtel dispose de service de taxis conventioner à n'importe quel heure taxi présent. J'ai séjourner en demi pension malgré que je n'es pas pue assister au petit déjeuner ni au dîner pendant mon séjour cause d'événement familial j'ai pue voir un soir le restaurant le buffet est varié bon et savoureux en plus le room service est excellent plateaux chariot livré en chambre à n'importe à quel heure sa ma fait un grand plaisir de voir le personnel faire tous son possible pour satisfaire le client chapeau Le spa est très grand un grand merci à Mme malika la masseuse une vraie professionnelle avec un grand cœur Le prix est correcte pour un 4 étoiles avec un service parfait et en demi pension rien à dire je suis même un peut étonné car l'hôtel possède des normes universelle d'un 5 étoiles. La blanchisserie excellent service et prix très bas pour une veste que j'ai donner le soir a nettoyer elle est revenu le matin impeccable . La piscine était à moitié vide mais la saison estivale est finie donc je ne peux pas noté cette prestation. Point à améliorer à l'avenir privilégier beaucoup plus les touristes et étrangers car l'hôtel accueil fréquemment des séminaires et formations très souvent des groupe se formes à la réception ou à la l'entrée de l'hôtel et reste des heures à discuter pas très pratique quand ont veux rentrer ou sortir l'allée est toujours encombré. Le bar est malheureusement fermé dommage car l'hôtel possède au 13 ème étage une vue magnifique sur la baie d'Alger j'aurais aimer savourer un cocktail en regardant en plein zoom alger ... peut être ouvrir le bar quelques heures par jours serait une bonne idée .... Je reviendrais avec plaisir et je vous félicite pour le travail accomplis. Bravo

I visited this hotel twice. The first one was in September 2020 and I had a very good impression. The service was excellent, room and swimming pool were all very good. For this reason, I went back again after one year. However, the service is not the same anymore. The room has not been cleaned properly (some Hair behind the bed), the Lunch menu is so poor and no variety provided. The food was not as expected at all (quality vs price) and there’s no menu provided for clients to check and be able to choose whatever they like. When we arrived, the TV was not working and when we requested to be fixed the technician only came when we made another reminder after almost 2h. Also, for the swimming pool there was no towels and we were not even informed that we should book as early as possible (Fortunately we came before and we know). The hotel is well designed and it’s a waste if the service is poor and clients are not having their best impression every time they visit.

I’ve been in this hotel for the last 15 day of August, I could/should say, it I very convenient location a big plus is the service and quality of it, eating will never disappoint you a the restaurant; the staff including the Chef will spoil you, if not, they will make sure something can be arranged to make you happy, they will help and treat you like a family, at the restaurant Sofiane and his colleagues are amazing. While taking care of yourself and your room, Narimane, Marouane and Siham (I am 100%, I misspelled their names) are very lovely and 150% committed to be your comfortability. Ahh… the front desk staff are as good as mother could be, they make sure you are comfortable, safe, and good serviced. What can I tell you, I am 100% and 1000 time happy customer.

Since the reopening of the Algerian air borders, I have stayed at this hotel 6 to 7 times. For me, coming back to Algeria was a great day after a very long absence and the Sidi Yahia hotel was a great discovery and a great surprise when it came to the quality and cleanliness of the rooms, the richness of the breakfast and above all the friendliness Staff. I'm leaving in March for a one-week stay. Work and see my friends again.
