The hotel I booked for the boss, the feedback is very good, it is very convenient to travel, and the main thing is that it is very close to my factory. Every time I go on a business trip, I will choose this hotel. The environment and facilities are good.

Take the bus from the Central Railway Station. There is no stop at the opposite side of the hotel. It is not convenient to have a suitcase. The swimming pool opposite the hotel, can't go in, isn't it the hotel? The day before yesterday was very enthusiastic, asking for a transportation card, easy to buy. The refrigerator cannot be used normally. The room is still big enough.

I am so impressed with this hotel! I have to be honest I was sceptical when I booked off peak. Pro's that impressed me and even the little things; Actual tissue boxes - refilled daily. Branded bath mat & luxury towels Clean (VERY CLEAN) hotel room Bins emptied daily Room serviced & cleaned daily (bed linen wasn't changed though) Branded hotel bikes and what looked to be a branded boat (I could be wrong) The building itself was well looked after. The hotel reception tidy, clean and well maintained. Bar area was nice, just a shame this didn't offer even a continental breakfast/ snack station option for purchase by guests. Nespresso Coffee machine in room Marshall radio Ample wardrobe space (enough for 2 large coats & 2 hung items) Stylish décor. The pieces of furniture was tastefully picked. Con's that didn't ruin the stay but would've made it better; The windows to our room that overlooked the 'lake' view were so dirty you couldn't make out what the writing on the boats said, that were quite literally passing our window. I really liked seeing the boats so close - but some people might not (bare this in mind when booking this room category, they pass every 10 minutes) - If I were to stay again (we are hoping to) we would only pay the extra if we were guaranteed the clean window view. It appears to have bothered your other guests also. Our neighbours were loud. Which was confusing as no one appeared to be in the room next to us - but looked as though someone was sitting just outside of the fire exit by the water, right by our window on some sort of ledge. This was only the first night but didn't bother us too much as they did end up leaving around 4am. Staff were efficient, well presented. The gentleman that checked us in was great! Got us through our check in quickly - told us enough about the room and what we needed in the area without overwhelming us, having checked in late to room 31. No drawer space. It was a little cramped for all our stuff. We used the shelves to fold and store our clothes. We were able to leave luggage safely when we checked out. This is a must when booking a hotel. The bus 48 stopped right outside the end of the road and picked up from the end of the road. Taking you straight to the centre in about 3-5 minutes. We purchased a 48 hour travel ticket costing 15 euros each. Well worth it, to save the travel. Overall - great stay. Clean, efficient and comfy beds. Despite booking a double we had a twin which wasn't a big deal but as a couple, will make sure to be sure of this the next time we book. Loved the interior! Bath tub will be the next room I will be after!

Very nice hotel, staff made an effort to help when needed. Super easy bus ride to the main station. Great view to the canals, soundproof windows, comfortable bed, terrible prickly sofa that we couldn’t sit on, kitchen and appliances served us well, low lights. we had to ask to take out full garbage cans and to go to the reception to ask for new toilet paper because we got only one roll that was finished. Same for coffee refills. The room was not vacuumed, housekeeping made the beds, changed trash cans and towels. We spent four nights in the hotel, got one time of housekeeping , the second time was at 5 pm while we were in the room- a change of trash cans and coffee refill (first time we got coffee creamers that we were not given at arrival). We had a good stay, but would love more attention to room maintenance.
