A very low budget motel, that needs a lot of work to bring it up to a standard that you would expect from a central city located motel. Old furniture, blankets that are old and not clean, corridors are sub standard. Won't stay here again. Those also want a $250 deposit which is way too much for a substandard motel. The location is very good but the actual condition of the hotel let's it down. Room rates don't match the experience..

I love my stay every time I come to Perth I stay at the Quest in East Perth. The staff are so friendly, helpful, happy, accommodating, nothing is ever too much bother and all with a smile. The rooms are so clean from the doors to the walls even the bathroom floors. The linen is white & the kitchens have all you would need and if you get a balcony room it's always a good view or an interesting one at least haha. As soon as you walk in its like they know your name you automatically feel welcome and everything is ready for you. From the entrance at reception to the door of your room smells fresh ”NO Musty smells there!”. Paid private parking or only key accessible locked gates secure parking if you choose at a reasonable price for peace of mind these days. Accessibility is everywhere throughout the Quest. There's a 24 hour mini mart across the road. Transport at the front door all hours, didi at your fingertips. Blink & your in the Perth City centre its a short walk or a free bus ride. Heating & Aircon all at your door of every room so you cant loose the remotes...lol TV in nearly every room with free WIFI. Couches are comfy & all rooms are spacious. Outdoor balcony has comfy & spacious seating. Rooms cleaned daily. Lots of nice street dining only 1 block away & restaurants on nearly every corner or a bar if your thirsty & BWS right on the corner. 2 blocks walk away from the park & 3 blocks walk away from the waters edge. It's got it all in a heritage style looking entrance with convenience at your fingertips all you need do is ask!... you will not be dissapointed! JUST REMEMBER THAT EVEN THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE ARE HUMAN.😊 Thankyou Team Quest you are the best! 👌

Place is old, and somewhat outdated, and u do hear the traffic from the freeway. But, for the cost for the night, which was $120, overall, it was good value for money. When I first arrived, as it was after hours, I dealt with the caretaker, who was friendly, and also helped me get into my room, cos I was having trouble with the door lock, which was my fault! I didn't use the kitchen facilities, except the fridge, but kitchen was equipped with enough items to be able to cook a meal easily. Bathroom was good, with shower over bath, (and big size bath too), so with not having a bath at home, I soaked for ages! I was informed before arrival, that only mini soap and toilet paper was provided, so I knew to bring body wash, hair conditioner, and other toiletries. Bed was comfy, and bedroom is quite large. TV maybe a little small, but the room had a couple of cupboards, and some hangers for clothes. Place was fairly clean, keeping in mind that it is an older property. Check out was easy, and I was met by a friendly receptionist behind the desk. I would definately stay again, if the price was as good, I'd just bring some earplugs for sleep, cos of traffic noise, which is no fault of the apartments of course!

Stayed here for several nights during my work trip and had an excellent experience throughout. The hotel is in a fantastic location in Northbridge, within walking distance to restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and the Perth CBD. It was also very convenient for exploring popular attractions around Perth. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed and good amenities. Housekeeping maintained the room well during my stay. The staff were professional, welcoming, and always helpful whenever assistance was needed. One of the highlights of this hotel is the location. It is surrounded by plenty of dining options and provides easy access to public transport. The hotel also offers great facilities and a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of work or sightseeing. Overall, DoubleTree by Hilton Perth Northbridge exceeded my expectations. Excellent service, great facilities, comfortable rooms, and a perfect location. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Perth.

After an early morning flight, I arrived quite early, intending to just drop off my luggage, but to my surprise, I was able to check in directly and go straight to my room to rest. The hotel is very quiet, and the room is large and clean. The studio comes with a small kitchen and a washing machine, which is fantastic for the price. There's a small supermarket downstairs for convenient shopping, and a bus stop right outside the entrance. It's only a 10-20 minute bus ride to the ferry terminal.

Check-in was quick and easy, and they were also able to store my luggage, which was a huge help. The staff were all fantastic – very friendly and responsive. Overall, the room was quite good, and I'd definitely give the entire experience five stars. However, if you happen to get room 214, it can be a bit noisy at night. It's located right on the path from the garage into the hotel, so try to avoid that room if you can.

I stayed for 6 days, and it was my first time staying in an overseas hostel! Regarding amenities, nothing is provided, so you need to bring your own shampoo, body wash, etc. There are only showers. The cleanliness depends on the room you're in. My room was a bit messy because I was sharing it with someone who had been staying there for a long time. The hallway had boots and shoes from guests, but it wasn't inconvenient to walk through. The communal kitchen and lobby were great for relaxing, which I really appreciated. There's also an exclusive guest area on the first floor where you can play games or eat. Since I was traveling solo this time, I didn't usually use it, but I found out about it when I had dinner with my roommate once. The reception staff were polite, energetic, and made for a pleasant experience. It was also possible to store luggage after check-out; it was set up so you could put your bags in a luggage room yourself.

Great location! The hotel is close to public transport, with a bus stop directly in front and a train station nearby. The free CAT bus service provides easy access to major attractions within Perth's CBD (Central Business District), making it very convenient for sightseeing and getting around the city.

It's quite clean, and housekeeping was prompt. The best thing about this hotel is its location; it's just a short walk to a commercial street with all sorts of shops, including supermarkets. You can also find all kinds of Chinese restaurants nearby.

Small rooms but very clean, good bathroom , towels changed daily. Breakfast was included simple but good choice, coffee made to order. Large common sitting area and separate bar/drinks area. Opposite noisy hotel on Saturday and Sunday nights, otherwise good location and good stay
