Set right next to the best part of the city, Leidseplein which is very well connected to all the notable landmarks including walkable distance to both the Rijksmuseum and Van Gogh museum as well as the famous Voldelpark. The hotel has very modern interiors and all the facilities to make ones stay comfortable. The room and bathroom were very clean and spacious unlike the other European hotels. The hotel staff were courteous and helpful. There are 100's of restaurants serving all types of food and all are within walking distance from the hotel. Getting to Dam Square which is the shopping hub and Amsterdam Central station is just a single tram ride. Overall, the hotel is very clean and comfortable and nothing can beat the convenient location of this hotel.

This hotel is awesome. The loft house I chose to live in is full of high-tech sinks. There is a TV in the mirror. I can use the whole hotel. It is like a museum full of literary atmosphere. When a gentleman leads me to visit the hotel. And the history of the hotel was first explained by a bank and later became a conservatory. The hotel was renamed as the current hotel. The location is especially great. The National Museum Van Gogh Museum walks for 5 minutes. It has a great seafood walk 2 minutes back to the room and finds the bed to help sleep. The fragrance spray and the weather conditions of the next day will be especially intimate and will choose this hotel.

We were greeted warmly at the front doorstep and treated to a welcome cocktail after checking in. The property is beautiful! Expertly curated with whimsical, decorative details throughout. Our room was spacious, and the bed + bedding were sublime. Staff was exceptionally kind, with extra special praise earned by Camilla and Wolf who went above and beyond for us! It was quite difficult to leave Hotel 717, although the send-off tin of cookies eased our sadness and heightened our hopes to return asap. Thank you, Hotel 717! We are grateful for you all!

Excellent location, could walk to every “tourist” place. . Plenty of restaurants and bars right outside the doors! The breakfast at the hotel was great with lots of options and the staff very accommodating! Pastry chef is outstanding..deserves a raise!! Croissants the lightest fluffiest ever! Everything tastes as good as it looks! Front desk staff very nice, Sarah went out of her way to “fix” a minor problem and continued ask if everything was ok each time she saw us. Rooms clean and roomy, beds comfortable would stay again if ever in Amsterdam and recommend this hotel to anyone who asks! Transportation from airport is a little pricey (taxi for 4 ..70-100 euros depending on traffic ) but once you are there no need to use again.

The location is fantastic, the ground station is the ground station, only 4 stops from the central station. Downstairs are all restaurants and bars, food quality is not bad, many attractions can actually be reached on foot, although the room is on the street, but the sound insulation is quite good, the counter staff is very cordial and polite, much worse than Paris! If you have the chance to come to Amsterdam again, you will stay again!

The location of the hotel was good. It's walking distance from the central station and surrounded by many shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and the receptionist even walked me to the lift. However, the layout of the hotel was a little weird as the lift to my room was a small one in a corner next to the carpark entrance. Wasn't a good impression given the amount paid for the stay. The room was small but the decor was pleasing and very comfortable. The toilet was of a good size and the shower was relatively wide. Breakfast provided at the hotel was good.

We decided to splurge on this 5 star hotel for a long anticipated family reunion. Unfortunately the experience was marred by a series of disappointments caused by utterly incompetent hotel staff. When I called ahead on the day of our arrival to request an early check-in the hotel rep. sternly informed me that I would have to pay a 120 Euro charge for the privilege! We are experienced travelers and never have we encountered such a demand. We took our chances regardless and decided to show up 2 hours early. Sure enough, our room was already ready and we were allowed to occupy it at no extra charge. Things really started to go south when a limousine that I had arranged for separate airport pickup of my daughter’s family through the concierge showed up at the airport unequipped with a baby car seat. I had expressly requested this when I booked the service. This was also specified in the booking confirmation sent by email to me by the concierge. The reaction I later got when I complained to the concierge was that I was not charged extra for the baby seat - as if this was the main issue! Furthermore, this was the first time that I was informed of such a charge, as no mention of this had been made in the email confirmation of the limo reservation which I originally received from the concierge. More importantly, what is more concerning is the utter indifference he showed for the safety of a guest’s infant grandchild. All that concerned him was the money angle to the failure. Things soon got worse. When we checked into our room we lifted the bed cover to discover several hairs and multiple red and yellow stains. Unbelievably, the chambermaid had neglected to change the bedsheets. This, in a 5 star hotel! After we called reception, staff was quickly sent to our room to change them. We never heard further from management about this. We later had dinner at Serre restaurant onsite and left the place hungry. The chef seems to focus on presentation and less on the reasonableness of the portions. My wife had a fish main course which was equivalent to 3 forkfuls. The minuscule dessert was pretty to look at but was grossly inadequate even for one person. The restaurant style is a throwback to the old Nouvelle Cuisine school. For the icing on the cake: a voucher for a round of drinks on the house at the rooftop bar that the guest services manager had kindly given me was bungled by the bar staff. When I arrived home I discovered a mysterious charge of 66 Euros by the Twenty-Third Floor Bar. The bar staff set new standards of incompetence in taking my voucher and charging me anyway.I had to call the hotel for credit but I am losing money anyway from the spread in exchange rates used by credit card companies. To be fair, the Superior View room was extremely spacious and comfortable with a magnificent view. The large pool and ample spa facilities were enjoyable and a significant convenience . The decoration style of this INK hotel is more avant-garde, that is, the rooms are small, the location is superior, and it is very close to the central station. Worst stay ever, -Rooms are so cold, so you need to wear all ur clothes in order to sleep. -So dirty, the ground, bed, and the shower are really disgusting. -Last day of our staying we found out that the bed is full of insects. -The reception staff is mostly nice, so they could cover their hotel management. -TV does not work. -Wifi almost has no coverage. -3 nights without taking shower because it was broken (had to make it out of the hotel), they had put it in way so it would not look broken. -Breakfast: you will be alone, with only 4 slices of cheese and ham, and old toast. PS: While I was smoking outside I had a talk with a neighbor, and he told me this place is a homeless shelter. And the manager or responsible has changed it recently, to rent out the rooms for 2 hours to whoever. I'm not sure about this information but it looks true.

Absolutely amazing experience. Cannot think of anything negative to say... The team is overall friendly, very flexible and accomodating. The location is 5/5! 1 bus away from the airport, 30 min WALK from city center ( you can also use the tram!), surrounded by bar/clubs, restaurants, coffeshops and even a supermarket 5 min walk away from the hostel. Also close to the Van gogh museum - less than 10 min walk. All of this made the whole trip much better. The check in was really smooth, our room was ready earlier so we were lucky to get in earlier. There are FREE lockers to leave your luggage before check in/ after check out. During the night, we can also use the common spaces ( at any time of the night) that was pretty amazing too! We were a big group, and we were somewhat in different schedules and moods, the hostel was accomodating for all. Those who stay up all night, and those who leave early in the morning.. even those who would need to nap during the day! The check out was also really smooth! We were a bit tired so we were also allowed to stay in the common spaces until it was time to leave to the airport. It's warm and cosy, nice ambiance. Even the background music in the common spaces was pretty awesome! 100% recomend and would stay there again!

In the whole hotel we enjoyed it very much. We were only one night.It appears very good.Outside it seems ordinary but inside it really is a girl.Everything reminiscent very much modern art. We had a room in the ground floor, but it had a high window that was very well illuminated inside. You have a cooker and a coffee machine in the room and this is always a good thing for us because it is a service we appreciate especially after long walks. The only fault I can't tell if it was because we were at -1 is that at some point of the night the bathroom smells also importantly discharged. The morning is gradually disappearing because we haven't heard anything at the day when we arrived. The location is not just in the center even if you get 30 minutes walking or you have the tram that is quick. It was a good point for us, however.
