Great hotel. Very happy.

We had an amazing stay! Great location, excellent service, parking at the resort, we Ubered to Disney with ease.

Suite. The bed is very comfortable. I like it very much. It is a very successful hotel.

The room is more suitable for family travel. It is very convenient to go to Disney. It is not a very new hotel. It has a small suite with two beds and a sofa bed. Breakfast is not included in the room.

The hotel charges for parking and the sound insulation is very poor. I changed rooms in the middle of the night.

A particularly bad hotel. From night to around 3 o'clock in the morning, the people next door were making loud noises and listening to music. It was impossible to sleep. No one answered the phone at the hotel front desk or in the guest room. I contacted Ctrip for remote coordination and waited for half an hour. .

Overall worthy of the price, cost-effective can also

This hotel used to be the best in the area. It seems all they do is clean, never any updates. 1. The water pressure in the shower was nonexistent & the calcium buildup on the shower head was gross 2. The mini fridge was leaking onto the carpet. Who knows what’s growing under there 3. The elevators have never been upgraded since the hotel was built. They shook and made awful sounds that scared us. The best part of staying here, was the warm cookies.

Coffee & creamers werent replaced in room everyday which would of been nice and the hotel parking is very expensive. Otherwise the hotel was perfect

I overall enjoyed my stay. Its quiet and comfy, and the staff are pleasant. HOWEVER, the system for breakfast is needlessly convoluted. They give you a a certain amount of money to spend for the breakfast buffet. The buffet for you and your party is EXACTLY equal to the credit given, and tips are recommended. It feels overly complicated.

Front desk staff were both kind and accommodating to our requests. They even had warm cookies as park of the check in process. More impressly they had cookies for our young traveler with significant food sensitivities. WOW. The room was clean and as described. The hotel is VERY CLOSE to Disney and only a quick drive to the stadium. We have stayed there 3 times for all these reasons.

When I check in front desk staff very nice and friendly…make me feel like welcome home. My room have living room very nice. Was long flight for me from Florida to LA…I lay down and rest a bit before go out. That night when I came back my bed is nice clean with all new and clean town. Wow…never had any hotel did that on the same day check in. The next day I left and come back before noon time my room get organized again that was very impressed. Most hotel now day you have to call 24h request room clean and they will be done before 5pm not before noon. Thank you very much make me so happy. Hotel location is very convenient. Good parking price. Have nice bar and restaurant if you not feel like want to go out. I travel a lot…I care less about reviews unless very bad or supper good. I will give 5* for this hotel if I can. And the price per night very reasonable.
