"The room was big and clean, with a sofa bed, which was just enough for us four adults and one child. The hotel gave us 5 cards that allowed us to enter the park one hour in advance, which made it very convenient to go to the park!"

"This hotel is a great option, walking distance from Disneyland. The room is clean and spacious, with a sofa that converts to a double bed and a fully equipped kitchen. The gym has new Life Fitness equipment, and Jasmine at the front desk is very helpful. It's a great value for families visiting Disneyland!"

"We became Hyatt Member and still we had to call so many times for just 2 bottles of water. Moreso, it’s been 20 days and still they have not released the security deposit. Everywhere we went in our USA trip, the security deposit was released the very same day of checkout. We called them so many times, they say that we have unblocked it but it still show pending in our credit card. Then we saw many google reviews that this is a common problem of Hyatt Place at Anaheim. We will try to avoid staying here the next time."

"The staff was so friendly and tried their hardest to accommodate us. It’s not their fault that this facility is way past its prime. We asked for a quiet room and got the loudest room I’ve ever stayed in, right by the freeway. They did have earplugs on the night stand. I guess that was a sign 😆. We woke up to a flood in the bathroom. Water was pouring out of the ceiling fan and all over the floor. They did move us to a different room and so appolgetic. Still loud but no more leaking water. Everything here seems tired and worn out. It was close to our destination. And the bed was comfortable"

"The location is next to Disneyland, within walking distance. Nearby hotels are basically in the same area, and the distance is about the same. You can also see the fireworks show from the hotel, and there are many places to eat nearby. The rooms are quite large, and they all have small balconies. The hotel is like a small garden, and there is also a water park for children to play. Because there is a highway nearby, the noise is quite loud, there is nothing we can do. Parking fee is acceptable, about 30 after tax. We checked out at 11 o'clock, and they agreed to let us park until 14:00. In addition, the staff service is good."

"When I contacted the front desk because the refrigerator wasn't cooling, they came to replace it right away. Cleaning started on the fourth day of my stay, and they replaced the towels upon request and also collected the trash at the same time. The location and safety were excellent, the hotel staff were very helpful, and I had a very comfortable stay."
